This glass and chrome enclosure is still as impressive today as it was on the very first day it was installed. This glass shower enclosure is by far the most beautiful and well-built of any I have ever owned. Of course, it is custom designed and built and is as solid and sturdy as it is beautiful. During the development phase and all the way to the final day of installment, Bighorn maintained a high level of communication keeping me well informed of status and progress. I ordered a Hale Pet Door to replace a 20 year old Pet Safe door that was installed into our wall. Pet Safe no longer made the same size flaps to replace the 2 warped flaps. The owner of Bighorn came out and measured the existing door size and helped me decide on which Hale Pet Door to order for replacement based on the unique situation of our existing door. A few weeks later, he brought the new door over, and along with another installer, replaced our old dog door with a beautiful Hale Pet Door with two flaps. They filled a small gap around the door and replaced trim inside and outside. This door is amazing, it has additional magnets to prevent it from warping, and is insulated with carpet and weather stripping so there is no air leaking into the house. All of our dogs use the door easily, including our small 10 lb. dog. Very happy. read more

We just moved into an older home. a few of the windows were sweating; the seal had broken. one was a huge window with a great view. We got a couple quotes, but everyone wanted to replace the entire window not just the glass. As we are in the process of remodeling, the cost for full replacements were $$$$$. Calvin came out and gave us a quote for just changing out the glass. It was reasonable. They double measured and just finished the install. They are perfect!!! Rather than 'gouge' me (which they easily could have done), they showed me how easy the fix was and did not even intend to charge me for fixing both windows! Had a doggy door installed last fall and loved it so much that I had another one installed this fall into another sliding glass door. The double flaps of the doggy door keep the wind out and heat in compared to those insert with a single flaps. read more
