We had some repairs that needed to be done after construction finished and they were one of the first subs out here tuning doors, replacing handles, etc. Then I had a problem with the front door, which they sold us but against their recommendation the contractor installed. It wasn't level, it rubbed, and there were other issues. I asked Blackrock to come assess the issues so I could go back to the contractor and have him repair the door. Blackrock did the repair. I see some old bad reviews on here and I do not think that is a reflection of the organization or individuals of Blackrock today. Another 5 stars from me.

A few years ago, I had my shattered sliding glass shower door replaced by 775 glass and shower…read moredoors. The door itself is excellent. It was such a terrible installation, it never fit the tub correctly, and when they came over to try to fix it he did a real poor job to repair it. All he did was lift one end of the top bar an inch in the air and somehow stuck it in there so it would stay that way. After installation, the thing leaked like crazy on my bathroom floor because the bottom of the shower door was way too high for the opening between the tub and the glass, instead of a frameless shower door, he had to glue metal strips along the tub to keep it from draining all over the floor. He also made a slight bit of damage on my bathroom tile counter. Their doors are great, but beware of the installation service provided.

We discovered Custom Glass by an incident with our tree removal guys…read more Our tree guys were taking out some very rooted tree roots and as they were grinding some rocks flew and cracked our living room window. Luckily the owners were very kind and referred us here and covered the glass and tint we had installed. We had them come out to measure,placed the order, gave a deposit and two weeks later glass arrived. We got lucky as they had an opening today. The installer was great! He called to let us know he was running late and arrived at the given time. He was quick, and professional. So glad everything worked out perfect.

I called a couple of places that couldn't help, and Yelper Debbie suggested this place. I made an appointment for someone to come check it out and fix it. They had a small glitch in the morning, my service went to the delivery of his new baby. I would still be seen that day, but the tech would call when he was on his was. Christian got there in the early afternoon and went straight to work. The door was in such poor condition he thought I was going to need a new one. But he took some time, made some adjustments, and fixed everything wrong with the door. It is so much easier to use and I feel SO much better my house is locked up tight while I'm at work and Yelp events.
