All my interactions have been prompt and professional, they were able to get me an appointment within a week. They came out in a custom truck and made an exact measurement and fabricated the door onsite. Fits perfect and the metal wheels really make it glide. Branden got my fence complete in about 10 days during all kinds of inclement weather in early December. We got lucky because it did not snow too much. I think the rate he charges is comparable to other options out there are not many in Southlake Tahoe. I've had the fence now through three seasons and it has held up well. I'm now communicating with Branden to see what type of stain or protective paint I can put onto it.
