Today, while trying to find the terms and conditions that say I can't cancel my membership, I was yelled at, given a wrong phone number, and hung up on when I asked for the woman who had raised her voice at me name. To be fair, I am getting the amount of my membership back from another fund, but AAA utterly failed to help me when I had a car problem and following up has been very difficult. I do no believe that they can legally refuse to cancel my membership if I'm not even asking for a refund. The contract is most likely an unenforceable adhesion contract. Edited to say: I have talked to multiple people at AAA, only the 2 people who health with my ling complaint were helpful. If AAA actually cared about customer satisfaction is wouldn't take so long and so many endless prompts to get to someone and the department wouldn't be so separated, nor would the terms and conditions be sad hard to find. AAA is a behemoth company that only cared about $. So, I'm not going to email another person to get the same response. If they really fated they could contact me through Yelp.

When I learned of a school postponement due to storm on the day I was scheduled, I let the vendor know of the situation, and I also contacted the insurance company that has our auto policy. They were of very little help at all in finding a solution for me. I then called Evans, Pires & Leonard Inc. - the agency that handled the policy to begin with. I explained that I'd been driving all week with no window on my driver's side door and that I was now having difficulty getting a glass repairer to work with me without a week's delay. Before that day was over, I had an appointment for the following morning, which was beneficial to me. The glass repairer was excellent, and I am wholly satisfied with the work done. Had it not been for the help of Evans, Pires & Leonard Inc., I'd still be driving without a window until such time as the initial repairer could see fit to assist me.

I called the main State Farm number and she says it's still active, even though everything was cancelled six weeks ago! So first they cancel policies I want (twice!) and then don't cancel policies when I want them cancelled! Unbelievable!

I decided to combine my insurance policy with my husband shortly after in September of 2013. My husband also has StateFarm, but his agent is at a different location. I requested for all my information to be sent over to the new Statefarm office, and the Manager was kind and said they would send it from 7-10 days. I trusted that this was the action Mr. Wilber was going to take. Communicating with his office was such a hassle. They always promised to call me back to fulfill my request, but I never received a phone call from anyone... THREE MONTHS LATER, and after countless attempts to get in touch with Mr. Wilber, my insurance policy STILL has NOT been switched over to my husbands office. John Wilbers Office is simply a JOKE. They treat their customers as a JOKE. Needless to say, after my surprise visit to the office sometime this week and demand my information to be sent over, I will NEVER return to his office. If you want to save time, money, and frustration, DO NOT GO TO JOHN WILBERS OFFICE!!
