First off, the woman who did my nails spoke little to no English and raced thru my nails just to get another person in - assembly like. BUT, what really got me was how dirty the place was - nail dust everywhere - a visible layer of it on every shelf holding nail polish. When I left I could see raised areas where she had painted over the dust. NO WAY would I have a pedicure at this place much less another manicure! read more

First, they overcharge you--quote one thing but ring you up for another price. When confronted, they say oh, it's this plus this. Then, I asked for a pedi-in-a-box. She assumed what scent I wanted. I had to stop her to ask for a different one. Most places ask if you want your nails shaped or cut. Damn,Edward Scissorhands just started hacking at my toes. I was bleeding in several spots. I will never return. Very painful and unprofessional. read more

2 stars for there kindness and i'm not one to leave reviews to bash a business but just understand what your getting yourself into.. $53 ($38+$15 gel) for a pedicure (a signature pedicure that was suppose to come with extra stuff that was very poorly done, should've stuck to a regular pedicure cause that's what i feel i got) reg pedicure is $28 +$15 for gel polish. I was the last person and didn't feel like being problematic, i can be toooo nice sometimes...but the image speaks for itself.. I could do a better job then this. Then i had Gel x soaked off my nails shaped which were so uneven and my cuticles cut with clear polish that cost me $30. So...for almost $100 i got....nothing to be pleased with :) read more

UPDATE: It's been 5 days and my gel polish has already chipped. DO NOT GO HERE. Sadly a really underwhelming experience. Probably the worst Dip manicure I've ever gotten. My pedicure was great, so that's why I'm giving the extra star. The service is extremely slow and unfriendly. My manicurist even was a little snarky when looking at my chosen nail color telling me it was too orange (it was already on my toes and I liked it). They were super busy and kind of rushed through my manicure, which is probably why it looked so amateur. The polish didn't go to the cuticle, so it already looked a couple of days old. It also had a bumpy finish and had spots that were see through. Basically it looked like I did it at home, only I paid almost $50 for it. read more

It seems like the nail technician's favorite customer walked in and then I didn't even receive all that I should have paying for it (like the lotion/hand massage). I've been looking for a great salon for a few years now. I usually do my own nails because they always make them too thick they don't last long, the shape is weird, my fingers don't look right and always lift. I stumbled upon this gem right before quarantine looking through reviews on yelp and came in they were super sweet Mary did my nails even though I came in last minute and they were closing within 30 minutes. They have so many options, she did my nails perfect, I don't think I've ever gotten so many compliments on how great they looked! I was staying at a hotel directly behind here and was in need of a mani and pedi so walked over here. I was immediately greeted by warm friendly faces. I picked out my color and started with my shellac manicure. I picked a DND color because they have regular and gel polish so my fingers and toes can match. He took his time doing my manicure, followed by a relaxing arm massage. Then I went to have my pedicure done. They were busy so I sat with my feet in the warm water while waiting. They kept updating me when someone would be helping me, which I appreciated but I was in no hurry and enjoyed just relaxing with my feet in the water. She also did an amazing massage on my calves. Overall, I had a 5 star experience and definitely recommend trying this place out!! read more

Two of us went together for mani & pedicures. We had two appointments booked simultaneously but when we arrived, there was only one tech available so I was served while my friend just sat. This mismanagement set the tone for the rest of the sessions. And when the ordeal was finally over, after more than two hours, my partner had been nicked five places during her pink & white. The bill, you ask? How about over $150? So, we won't be darkening their door again. We couldn't really identify a single culprit but poor management accompanied by very poor training bit them in the butt with us. Too bad! read more

My daughter was given a gift certificate, so we thought we would give this salon a try. The staff seemed nice enough, but as they carried on a conversation with each other, it became apparent they were talking about us and we found it was quite rude. Both of us had regular pedicures and chose a color. We were asked if we wanted gel nail color and when we responded, they never once mentioned the $15 up-charge, which is ridiculous. The pedicure was average and quick. My toes look decent, but two basic pedicures for $80 is a little much. We will not be back. read more

I would have given zero stars if I was able. I have been getting manicures weekly for 25 years and I have never had one this bad. I am visiting the area and made a 3:00 appointment. I walked in and there seemed to be total chaos. They finally took me at 3:25 for a regular manicure. I sat down and she put my hands in water-no filing or shaping of the nails. Next she used a cuticle pusher on my nails and four times I had to tell her to lighten up since she was actually hurting me. After the cuticle pusher she started to trim my entire cuticle. I said stop and only trim what is obvious not the whole cuticle. She never really got it. Next she wipes the nails for polish! I said aren't you going to file my nails? She said you want your nails shaped? I said forget it, put my polish on so I can leave. She literally slapped the polish on and I left. What a total disaster!! Most of the women workers in there were doing acrylics and gel with masks on so maybe this "fabulous nails" really has no clue on how to do a traditional manicure. Run do not walk away from this place! read more
