I had never even heard of this store, but two different people recommended it so we went to check it out. It is a little pricier, but it is totally worth it! We were helped by Christina. She watched each of us walk and told us which shoes would be right for us and was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offered. Whereas everytime I go into a finish line employees avoid you and no one is ever very helpful. Christina knew what she was talking about and made it a great experience overall. Their women's selection is upstairs (not handicap accessible to my knowledge) and fairly large as well. Their prices are more than what you would pay at Kohls, but you're also saving the gas driving to Lima or Findlay and the customer service is hands-on. They'll help you find what you're looking for or, if you're shopping alone, provide input on your selections. I'd recommend going when you get a coupon in the mail. (Their clearance area does have some good markdowns). Also, I"m not sure if they still do, but they used to allow things to be brought home "on-approval" meaning you had three days to decide if you'd pay for it and keep it or bring it back. However after not finding anyone in my location I took some work to them in the summer of 2016. The work certainly did not even compare to the quality of their work before. But after thinking about for a while I decided to try again. I called and ask to speak to the former owner's daughter (Marjean I think is her name) and she used terrible language that I could hear. She used the "F" word. This was totally uncalled for it really shows her ignorance. She must have no self respect at all speaking this way and a costumer hearing. Fortunately, the repair guy was in and overhead my conversation and steered me clear of the foot that I was thinking of getting due to a flaw in the design causing problems. Anyway, I decided to sit at one of the chairs in the area to get a better look at one of the sewing tables that I don't have room for in my studio. Wait, chair? What is this comfort that I am missing at home? This chair has lumbar support, the seat tilts forward and back also up and down, the back goes higher and lower...everything that I have been looking for in a chair. It's made by the same company that makes the sewing tables, so it's gone through the vetting process for comfort for the home sewer. I looked at the price and gasped. Seriously? But the longer I sat, I decided that I was worth the money. On a weekend, I can be in the chair for 8 hours (getting up to let the dogs out, you know how that is) over the whole weekend. I deserve the comfort of a good chair. And it's on sale? Done. Does it fit in the back end of my EcoSport? Double done!

I used to frequent Colonial Laundry for about 4 years before I got my own washer and dryer…read more The building looks pretty old on the inside, but it was always clean. I always went pretty late in the evening, 10PM or later and there was hardly ever more than one other person there doing laundry besides me. There are plenty of washers, dryers and folding tables to accommodate everyone even at the busiest of times. They have small single load boxes of detergent and fabric softener for sale as well as a vending machine up front. Free Wifi and open 24 hours. There is always someone working there so if you have any technical difficulties they will be addressed right away. I believe there is drop off service as well. But one of the biggest perks is that you are literally a 2 minute walk from the Mr. Twister, and lets face it... Ice cream is literally about the only thing in the world that can make doing laundry better. Overall you can't go wrong with this place. It's hard for me not to give them 5 stars but at the end of the day the building is a bit dated and the laundry doesn't fold itself.
