Excellent Bike store, huge selection, biggest selection I have seen. I called a few times to get all the information to make the correct selection, no matter what I was never rushed or treated rudely. I drove an hour to buy my bike here. When I came in they showed me (4) different Marlin 6 bikes and never made me feel rushed or pressured while I was making my color selection, bar none customer service. There are not enough stars here!!!! At 60 years old (well almost) my husband and I decided that we wanted bikes! We did our research on the internet and then visited a few local shops still uncertain as to what we wanted. Stock was scare at most of the shops we visited but when we got to Bike Town not only did they have bikes but they also had a huge inventory of accessories! We were able to get everything we needed from the bikes, accessories and our bike rack! Trent was exceptional and went far and above to make sure we choose the right bike for us and all the accessories we needed. He also gave us lots of good info on places to ride! I called Bike Town USA because I was looking for a 17.5 Trek X-Caliber 9 and they had my bike in stock. I took a two hour drive from NC to Gainesville, GA and was so glad I did. Trent, Tom and Kevin were great to meet and deal with. Trent took great care of us while we were there. My wife was looking for a model and size they didn't have in stock, but the owner (a super nice guy) helped her better understand how to tell what size bike she needed. Trent, the owner's son, got me outfitted with everything I'd need to get back into biking after a 30 year hiatus. Kevin helped us install a bike rack on my wife's car and the guys even called the Trek store in Atlanta to let them know we were on our way to pick up my wife's bike since we got delayed while at the shop. Everybody we dealt with was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This store is actually a pretty unique building. Take the time to learn about the store's history when you stop in. There are quite a few pictures that show the humble beginnings of the store (it used to be the owner's house!) to it's present day iteration. I wish the store was closer to my house because I would love to have my bike regularly serviced there. These folks will take great care of you at Bike Town USA! I'll definitely call them when I'm looking for my next bike. read more

Bike Town has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We went in to look at possibly buying some bikes, and even though the stock is down because everything is on back order now (COVID-19 had everyone rushing for bikes, I guess) they still worked very diligently to help us find bikes that would fit our height and activity levels. My husband especially requires very specific measurements because of his height, and they were able to help him narrow down to several good choices. We did not purchase the day we went in, but I was very impressed with their setup and their customer service. read more

Knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get my brakes replaced at no cost even though they were officially out of warranty. This usually means they have a good relationship with the component OEMs and they also took care of me as a customer. I went in for a repair on a bike I bought from another shop (recent transplant) and they acted as if I was a long time customer. read more

Excellent service when I went in to shop for a road bike. Knowledgeable and courteous staff who patiently explained all the options of everything from the bike to the various types of accessories, helmets, pumps, pedals, seats, etc. Appreciated that there were no pushy sales techniques or attempts to get me to buy something pricier than what I really needed. Staff was also super helpful in putting the bike rack on the car and making sure I was good to go, even though the store had reached closing time there was no obvious push out the door. Will definitely be shopping at this store for all my future biking needs. read more
