Awesome! I…read moredesperately needed an appraisal for my home. It's tax appeal season yall, and yall know how that can go. God is good! I found this appraiser, David, who was a godsend. I told him my property, he ran numbers, crossed referenced homes, checked dates of assessments, and did all kinds of razzle dazzles for me. He was professional, funny, knowledgeable, HONEST, helpful and kind. He did all of that, and I didn't have to pay him anything. Why didn't I have to pay? Because, he cares about people. During our call he let me know he didn't think he could meet my timing requirements, but he spent a good 17 minutes letting me know how to properly look for a good inspector. Being a first time homebuyer, all of the information he provided was very useful in my search. He was honest and thorough in his explanations even though it already had been decided we would not be working together.
