I never felt like I was being persuaded to buy something more expensive than I needed which can sometimes be the case with small businesses. They also found other issues with my bike and showed me so that I could understand it was a necessary fix. ATMOSPHERE/COVID: They enforce wearing mask and have a limit to how many customers can be in the shop at once. I appreciate this because I'm a health-nut. You can see from my attached photos that it looks like any bike shop. I appreciate the aesthetic. PARKING: Surprisingly they have a small parking lot in the back of the shop, which is amazing considering they're in the heart of Atlanta where free parking is a myth. When we originally purchased my bike from this other company, they sent me my bike with a bad axil. I brought my bike to Colin from Suburban with the axil provided by this online company. The axil was the wrong one. Then I received another axil that was supposed to be the correct one. Again, it was the wrong one! When I went to this store to get some additional guidance, I found the staff that was extremely knowledgeable in helping me what I needed, inevitably I bought a second bike from the store as well as some additional accessories that have made my training regimen extremely successful. While not being able to get rid of the first bike with the original vendor, I elected to keep it and they went and they put new tires on it for the road instead of the knobbies that came with it.
