Inside, it's basically split in half with the right side dedicated to all things bicycles, and the left side dedicated to the cafe/coffee shop. Helen Marie was beyond lovely and friendly, and delightfully chatted with me the entire time I stood there patiently waiting while she perfectly crafted up one of their delicious (and seasonal) Strawberry Matcha Bliss drinks. When we originally purchased my bike from this other company, they sent me my bike with a bad axil. I brought my bike to Colin from Suburban with the axil provided by this online company. The axil was the wrong one. Then I received another axil that was supposed to be the correct one. Again, it was the wrong one! Colin was so kind to look at my bike every time I came in at no cost even though he had taken my bike a part each time. As you can see Colin is a great man and he really cares for his customers.
