Ok! So I'm writing a review on a coffee place that not only has excellent coffee but awesome service as well!... Yes I'm talking about a place with gorgeous girls wearing bikinis who know how to brew a mean cup of coffee! We've all been to places like Hooters and tilted kilt and Bonedaddys where the women are half dressed and serve you sub par food and give you some of the lousiest service relying all on there looks to get a good tip right? I'd like to see this one runs along the same lines except for you get some excellent coffee as well as fruit smoothies and the women are some of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. Everybody I knew including the girls all thought that the service was excellent and the women even tipped the bikini girls because they were so good and they made us excellent coffee. I can honestly say that for a coffee stand it meets every need that a coffee fanatic has plus these girls actually work hard to make you some of the best coffee will ever have. I'm not kidding! Sure I'm a guy and yes there are women half dressed serving you coffee but I honestly can say if you have not been here you are missing out on some of the best coffee you'll ever have I guarantee it! Just an update to my previous review. It looks like the owners weren't real happy with what I have to say about their business and sales (exploitation of young women) tactics. Plus they never did address my questions about discriminating against "identifiers", or aged women. Or whether they'd approve of their own daughter, granddaughter, or sisters working there. I'm not sure how a bikini empowers a woman...... A good upbringing, spiritual life and quality education. That's what is empowering..... I think that they missed the whole point of my review...... To start off, Bikini Beans does have good drinks and good customer service, but I will say the girls seem to go through more than they should. The other day, I went through the drive-through and the poor girl taking orders was extremely sunburnt (redder as a lobster) and I had asked if she put on sunscreen, but no one which switch her places so she didn't have time to put any on. I asked how long she had been out there, and she said quote for quote, "My whole shift so far, but its okay!" with a smile on her face. I did notice there was a little order stand that looks like it has some sort of air conditioning that should be used more often so the girls don't have to be in the 105 degree heat and Arizona sun all day. Also, this is the worst part of this review. I ordered a tangokini, and found a black speck in it. I did some more investigation and took it out to find out that it was an ant. This is not sanitary or acceptable. Also, the girls are dripping sweat because no one will rotate shifts. I was very disappointed as this being my first time going, and will not be going back or recommending this coffee place for anyone to go to. This is so unsanitary especially when I watch a girl pick her own wedgie, AND THEN MAKE MY DRINK. Should honestly be shut down. I am appalled. Thank you. read more

Staying at the Hampton for the night, having trouble concentrating on some material. I decide to get some coffee and realize there is a place across the street. I walked (lights take FOREVER) and realize upon approach that the girls working are all bikini clad. Not sure what bikinis have to do with coffee, but, whatever. The girls are super friendly, very nice, and talk me into an iced version of the coconut coffee I order. They are 100% right and my drink is delicious! I do wish that they weren't in tiny bikinis - I think most people will overlook how absolutely terrific their customer service is and focus on their loveliness. They coffee is ok, but the girls are hit or miss. Some are very professional and friendly while others are catty and rude. I've been to this location quite a few times in the last couple months (usually a Dutch Bros fan) and the service is about 50/50 to get a friendly employee. If they had excellent coffee I probably wouldn't mind so much, but the coffee is mediocre at best. I have been quite hesitant to return to the Tempe location since my last visit. Since the owner Ben was so awesome and truly cared I thought it was only fair to give it another try and I thought maybe the third times the charm....well I was quite pleased today. My girlfriend and I enjoy coming here pretty often for a 32 oz juicykini.. delicious!! The girls usually tend to give us the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Not to say that they're not nice to us, but it's always just a quick "hi what are you having" and then we get our drink, they ask us to try it and a quick "bye" and we drive off. Occasionally we will get someone who talks to us more than usual but it's not very often. But It has never been bad enough for us to stop coming for our delicious drink. But today, the customer service was so good that I just had to leave a review!!!! My girlfriend and I had previously asked another girl to please merge our phone numbers and all she said was "oh I don't know how", but the girl we spoke with today went and got what I think was a manager to do it for us without us even having to ask!! the girl taking our order talked to us the second she walked up to us, all the way until we left and she made us feel very comfortable. We even want to be her friend!! Lol we had the pleasure of talking to 3 out of 4 of the girls who were working this morning at 11 am and they were all SOOOOO much nicer than anyone else who has ever helped us. This is my first time writing a review on Yelp. I am from Nebraska and I was visiting some friends who live in Scottsdale. I heard about you guys and wanted to try it out. I was told that I would get a "first timer" bell rung for me, and I was excited to see what it was like. The young girl taking orders was very polite, but the one who handed my drink to me was not. I did not receive a bell rung for me, and I was greeted with a very mean face. She was blonde and was at the door wearing shorts and bright red lipstick. She repeatedly gave me dirty looks and I did not know why. I have never received such awful customer service before. My expectations were set very high for this place, and I was let down. Never again will I be going here if I am in town, nor will I ever tell people to go here. I hope the lady at the front door gets a better head on her shoulders and learns to respect customers. I was highly let down by this situation and the establishment itself. I do not know why they have such high ratings on Yelp, when they deserve nothing higher than 2 stars. Simply because I walked by the shop, the owner took it upon himself to get my attention, and offered me a drink, on the house. I was drinking a starbucks americano, and he wanted me to try theirs for comparison. He was very kind, and his professionalism was impressive to say the least. And no this is not a fake review just a throwaway account because I don't feel respected as it is why would I want the owner and staff to see more information?
