I'm so glad I found these guys. Total pros who know their business very, very well. My septic hadn't been pumped out for many years. In fact, I didn't even know where it was located. Their techs found the tank in no time flat and pumped it out. Then, the tech lowered an iPad into the tank and took a photo of its interior, which he then showed me while providing a detailed explanation of what I was looking at and how a septic system works. Turned out my system was in perfect working order (great news!). Then they took measurements and photos of the excavation so that the next time (they recommend getting the tank pumped every 3-5 years) they can locate it even more quickly. Class A operation. Used Baldwin in the past for simple septic pump out. Always happy with the service. Recent emergency pump out indicated a serious problem. Baldwin responded and pumped out tank on a Sunday morning. They were extremely honest on the telling us of many possible causes of a sudden backup. When asked for a quote they gave a large range and said they could be more exact once they opened the system. Tuesday morning the excavation crew started work and found the issue within an hour. Fix was a replacement of 1/2 of our leach field with an improvement of 50% over original install. Price was a fifth of their high estimate !!!! About 12 grand less than I had thought. Excavation work back fill was immaculate. Lawn area looks better than before they started digging. They responded so fast to an emergency I had at my house and my tenants house ! They had a busy day and still managed to squeeze me in! I spoke with a sweet women named Amanda who helped me determine if I needed their services or not and then within 15 mins they had called to let me know they would be there within an hour and a gentlemen named Guy showed up an hour later and did a fantastic job! It looked as if he was never hear when he left ! They pumped and cleaned my tank all for a very reasonable and affordable price ! Highly recommend!
