Kitchen Sink became completely clogged early Saturday Morning (11/29/2025) Tried the usual cures but to no avail. Called Byron Parker Sunday Evening and left a message telling my problem and requesting assistance. Monday morning (12/1/2025) I received a call from Rebecca who told me a man was available that morning. The man was at my door in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but he immediately went to work on the drain system. Opening the clean out plug and using a snake he had the drain operating properly in no time. He performed some checks on the remainder of the system and noticed that the sink basket was very loose. He took it apart and using new putty reassembled it so that it no longer leaked. I was very impressed with the service provided by Byron Parker and its employees. Having worked in the plumbing department for many years in one of the Big Box stores, I recognized the skill of the man and the thoroughness of his actions. Bob called me back within a couple of hours. On Memorial Day! Rebecca and Cameron came to my place the next morning, cleared the clog, and showed me how I could fix it if it happened in the future. They recently did some work for me. A leaking kitchen sink, replacement with a new faucet, a bad valve under the bathroom sink and a replacement of that faucet, too. I purchased the new faucets at Lowe's and they installed them for me. All work was done to my satisfaction. There was an issue with the labor charge involving accurate arrival and departure times. They were very receptive to my complaint about the total hours and that issue was also resolved to my satisfaction. read more

Contacted and scheduled a tune up and service. Had an appointment scheduled for a week out. On the day of the appointment he called and said he was not taking any new customers. If he wasn't taking new customers then why did he schedule an appointment in the first place. Now after waiting a week I now have to find someone else and wait even more time. Would not suggest calling this company especially if you want them to show up. read more

They came in an hour early which was fine. Everything went well but the older gentleman was a bit rude. He was using a knife to slice wires and cut his finger, bleeding, so my husband offered him a wire cutter/splicer. The gentleman got upset, yelled at my husband saying I KNOW WHAT IM DOING! Lol, he offered him a bandaid and got no response. The guy with him was totally silent but later when he was alone with my husb apologized. Its whatever they got the job done, reasonable price too. It took two hours and 3 thermostats to fix. In between they had to go back twice to their store to get them. Thank god it was local. read more

I was very pleased with the results of my project with Byron Parker plumbing. Bob (owner) is very knowledgeable, courteous and quick. I would have given them a 5 star rating if I had not had issues with rates and time. He charges for his time AND his assistant's time, totaling $140/hr. Don't bother. They are very unprofessional.they don't show up on time and do a shotty job at fixing and installing. I thought by the other reviews they would be good but I was proven very wrong. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. read more
