They said we didn't have your number so they lost it. I asked why the estimate was so off they replied happens all the time. So my 3 month old car needs 5k. Warranty doesn't matter. The service manager tried to charge me $175 for the estimate. This is the worst place in North Dakota to get a car. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. Service manager is real scumbag. Cursed at me while leaving. Please just don't go here. If you need a car go to Chevy of Mandan much better people over there.

Nobody seems to care at Kia corporate down to Kia Mandan. Now saying it's a spark plug. If we get it back, I will not have peace of mind for our family driving 5,000 miles. Obviously, it is a lemon but nobody seems to care that l'm making my payments still and paying insurance on a brand new vehicle that I can't drive!! Instead of the offering to look at my vehicle to see what the issue was they sold me a vehicle I am not happy with. My warranty had ran out on my present vehicle and I still had quite a bit left to pay on it. So now I have basically 2 car payments in one due every month. I am a retired woman living on budget. They new this. Looking back I wish I would've taken my vehicle to a station where they could've tested my vehicle, maybe it was an easy fix . Hind sight, don't ever go into a dealership alone , as a woman, and have someone with you. The very least I should have made some phone calls. They told me to keep up with my payments and after a year I could possibly have it refinanced. I tried doing that and was told this particular bank doesn't do refinance unless you are behind in payments. You would think Eide would have known that when they were checking. Or at least , not tell me something they didn't know. So for a year I held tight keeping up with payments just to find out I couldn't refinance. Expensive lesson. Never again.
