I took my Kia soul into Kia last week. They never once called me at all like the promised. A few days went by so I called up there. The $200 repair was now 5k. They said we didn't have your number so they lost it. I asked why the estimate was so off they replied happens all the time. So my 3 month old car needs 5k. Warranty doesn't matter. The service manager tried to charge me $175 for the estimate. This is the worst place in North Dakota to get a car. Save yourself time and go anywhere else. Service manager is real scumbag. Cursed at me while leaving. Please just don't go here. If you need a car go to Chevy of Mandan much better people over there. read more

Previous to June 2024, I would have recommended. Not anymore. I bought a 2024 Kia Carnival in April. End of May engine light came on and no power. It was in the shop 29 days. Got it back in June and on June 22 same thing. They have had it since. No loaner or rental provided except for about 10 days or less the first time. We have bought numerous vehicles from Eide in the last 4 years brand new. We bought this for a cross country trip in July that has been planned for a year. Nobody seems to care at Kia corporate down to Kia Mandan. Now saying it's a spark plug. If we get it back, I will not have peace of mind for our family driving 5,000 miles. Obviously, it is a lemon but nobody seems to care that l'm making my payments still and paying insurance on a brand new vehicle that I can't drive!! Hello, I'll start by prefacing that I had purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership (2 while it was Bill Barth) I've never had to use there service department till recently I've been having issues with the family vehicle we use to drive around with the kids. Took it in knowing what was coding and the possible issues. I was asked to bring it in for diagnosing and did so. It took them an entire day to find an issue. Quoted me, and got the work done. Now I've brought back the car now once more already due to the engine light on and very poor performance, coding the same code. After I had brought it back they had told me everything should be fine. I go pick it up when I can and I drive for about 5 minutes and the light turns back on and low and behold, same code. I play phone tag and definitely got the cold shoulder from the service department and the manager Randy. They explain to me that it must be another issue and that what they fixed wasn't? I get told that they will quote me again and call me back. I feel like I've been tossed around and with repairs being so expensive I can't afford to keep getting repairs done that don't need to be. If there's another Kia dealership within a 2 hours drive or even local mechanic I'd highly recommend going to them. Service employees were always very short and seemed annoyed. If you like to feel like you're a burden to someone's job I'd suggest going here. Shuttle driver was great tho. He did kinda warn me about how the service department treats others after the first time I got a ride back. I won't be buying a Ford or Kia unfortunately for as long as I live in the area to avoid these issues. I hope others have a better experience. read more
