My first interaction with Vance, was, after all my research and deciding I liked his ethics and what I had read and heard, him telling me politely he couldn't help me the next three days because he promised his son a camping trip. As frustrating as that was because we were trying to get an approval letter by a certain time, the moment Vance had time he worked faster than anyone and with better quality.
