I own this buissness and reference to Brandy M from Brookfield you live on a hill where you needed 4 wheel drive to get to your front door when I arrived to give you an estimate you begged me to help you I told you I'd put 3 loads of stone in which I did I graded in between the two areas and graveled I paved for nothing, I went 20 ft more for nothing,I took pictures of the mess you had before I started and I told your husband to put rip rap on the edges he didn't want to spend the money I even put gravel down for nothing I built up the middle 3 ft for you where you had to use 4 wheel drive your husband called me to help you out I said I would and I even knocked off money on the original price I have never heard a word after till now I stand by my work and I have not heard a word from you since then and that was up until now so please I stand by my work don't put up bad reviews because you didnt want to do it right thank you I bent over backwards for you as I do all my customers And by the way yes 2 Days to do your job how about materials Asphalt $80 a ton I used 90 ton on your Driveway =7200 Stone for the Big Wash out 3 loads =900 oh yes and Gravel cost 5 loads =1600 added up just for that =9700 that doesn't include labor ,trucking and fuel so I think I was way more than fair with (BRANDI M) From Brookfield and yes for what you wanted to spend that was mine and your husbands solution I sometimes don't make much profit helping people out I do what I can as to what they can afford and I forgot about the huge rocks I dug out and put on the side of your Driveway so you'd have extra support in your 4 wheel Drive ,(Driveway) So I Finish with this My Profit was not my Priority on your Driveway It was all about my Helping you out And Trying To Do what I could for you as I Do with ALL my customers read more

The short version is that after waiting almost a year for my driveway to be replaced, the company has not responded to any recent communication attempts and now I need to find a new company to get the work done. The longer version is the following: Ken was very friendly and personable when he arrived to provide a quote in May 2021. I returned the signed contract and was told it would be a fall 2021 before the work could be performed. I waited patiently through the summer and fall, only to be told in Nov 2021 that they would not get to my job until 2022. I followed up in early March 2022 to make sure we were still on the schedule for the driveway replacement and expansion and was told we're were on the schedule. I checked back around the 3rd week of April and was told they would be in Holden mid May. I waited until May 24 to see how close they were to getting to doing my driveway and didn't get a response. All communication up to this point had been text messages with Ken. At this point I tried calling, and then email with no response. I tried one last time in June with no response. At this point I would not recommend this company to anyone. I waited patiently for almost a year and 3-4 weeks before the job was supposed to happen they stopped communicating, and have ignored me. read more
