I asked the sales associate what the problem was, and she just rudely replies "that's the only one we have." I just drove 40 mins to get to this appointment on time and I was incredibly disappointed. After calling all over the state of WI and norther IL, Victorian Bridal offered me the best price and quickest shipping for my bridal gown. They even offered a discount on my veil as part of a promotion. When my dress arrived a few months later, I went to my first appointment at VB for a fitting. The building is very unassuming, but trust me when I say this is a store of true professionals. I had my dress altered at VB, and subsequently came back three more times (driving all the way from Chicago where I live). Their staff is courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. In the end, my bridal gown fit me perfectly after their expert alterations! I highly recommend VB if you live anywhere in the Central WI area. Even if you don't it's worth the trip!

She insisted that I was a size 4 and that the dress would fit fine. When I received the dress in the mail 6 months later, it was HUGE. When I called to see if the dress could be exchanged, the company was not willing to work with me at all and told me to get it altered. Now I'm looking at having to spend an extra $150 dollars on a $200 dress because the consultant insisted I was wrong about my size. Extremely unhappy with this company, disappointed with their customer service, and would highly, highly recommend you go with anyone else.

Each time I came in to drop my dress off or try it on she never communicated with me. I never felt comfortable in the store because of that. During the final fitting we still had to take it in just a bit, she told me she would have it done in the same day but never called me again to come get it. 3 days later I finally just called and them she didn't even know if it was done or not. I'm happy with the dress, it came to about $90 for taking it in, but I wish she made me feel more comfortable and talked to me more when I was a customer in the store.
