When I got the car to his service center he even took the extra step to make sure the battery would be delivered in time even with the snow storm. The battery was installed and the car works fine. He did what he could in the time he had available to get me on the road. No discussion about things he couldn't fix in the time available, just take the obvious first step to get me down the road and sort other problems later if that wasn't the whole repair necessary.

I came to this business two weeks ago to have my front/rear brakes and rotors changed, and now I'm experiencing a clacking noise from my front tire every time I press the brakes. I contacted Van yesterday, Friday 9/4/26, regarding the issue, and we agreed I would bring my car in the following day so he could look into it. I brought my car in today, Saturday 9/5/26, at approximately 4:28 PM and reminded him of our conversation. Instead of addressing the issue, he told me they were already closed and that he was not going to risk his employees' safety because they were already near the end of their shift. I pointed out that the business hours state they close at 5:00 PM. He then told me I never told him what time I was coming, despite never telling me that I needed to provide a specific arrival time in the first place. He proceeded to tell me he was not going to fix my vehicle because it was my fault for not telling him what time I was coming. When I explained that, as a business owner, he should clearly communicate his policies and expectations rather than blame customers for requirements they were never informed of, he became defensive, yelled at me, and spoke to me in an extremely condescending and disrespectful manner. What makes this even more concerning is that I brought my vehicle here for a brake service, and now I'm experiencing a clacking noise that was not there before. I returned to give the business an opportunity to inspect and address the issue, only to be dismissed and blamed. I left with my vehicle still having a potentially serious issue. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to think twice. The way a business handles a problem after taking your money says just as much about that business as the quality of the original service.
