I had a five star experience at Wilson's. I couldn't seem to find a time to get into my regular place and I was overdue for an oil change. I found Wilson's online and was able to request an appointment time--and they got back to me within a few hours. Wilson helped me at the front desk and took my info. Within 20 minutes my car was ready to go! The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I got a first time customer discount which was an awesome perk, and they even left a bottle of water in the car. Great customer service. I'd recommend visiting Wilson's if you're in need of some car service.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT IT! I have had two cars damaged here. The first was returned without it's center cap and the power steering cap was not affixed properly. They pulled another one off of another truck when I had to argue that it was most certainly there when I dropped it off. My truck was old and rusty, so I let it slide. Less than a year later, I brought my classic car in for a hose replacement. When I arrived to retrieve my car, it was parked so the passenger side was up against several other cars. I thought this was bizarre, but brushed off the feeling. It was freezing out and I had no reason to inspect the exterior of the car as they only replaced an engine hose. The next morning, in the light of day, I saw that my front passenger quarter panel had been completely dented in along with all of the chrome flare. I had not and do not drive this car anywhere but shows and maintenance. It was Sunday, so I had to wait until Monday to go in and show them the damage they caused. I was met with aggression and push back. After I told them that I have video of the car shortly before bringing it in (there was zero damage), they finally agreed to look at their security video. I was then quickly told that only the owner could access it and he had just left. I called the next day and was told that now the owner was sick and they did not want to bother him ( bother him about his business and employees damaging my car?!) about this and they would let me know in a few days. I called again a few days later and the new story was that they were locked out of their security video and working with the company to access it. I called back several times over the next few days and was given a different story every time. I then realized that they were giving me the run around until the video would self delete, which they said happens around 7-10 days after the date of incident. My car was in perfect condition and they knew that they had caused this damage. I was met with aggression, lies and no accountability. I tried calling the cops to make a report and they said that there was nothing they could do and did not have the resources/manpower to attain the video from them. I was left to file a hit and run. To this day, I have still not been able to find the OEM parts to repair my car. This was a show car that I had intended to sell and this has destroyed it's value. If you are wondering why I brought this car there after the first incident with my truck, it is simple. My truck is old, rusty and solely used as an A-B vehicle. My car is a classic and I mistakenly thought that they would handle it with care and respect. Do not trust them! Their "low prices" have ended up costing me money and countless hours trying to find replacement parts for my vehicle. This shop has zero integrity and will do whatever they can to hide their damage from site. Disgusting business practice! There are countless better and SAFER garages out there. Below are photos of the damage. They saw it first hand when I returned for video the first time.

I had worked my car twice with them, and I found out they are expensive Af comparing to other shops.

Thankfully, that was not my experience at Turbo Tim's. From the very start, things felt different. Before my appointment, I received a fair and transparent estimate for the AC issues I was concerned about. When I arrived, Mike greeted me with a friendly smile and explained the process clearly -- no jargon, no pressure, just honesty. One big bonus? They offer a free ride service for locals to and from the shop. I've never had that before, and it made dropping off my car so much easier. They also communicated throughout the day via text with updates, which I really appreciated. When I came back to pick up my car, the bill was walked through step-by-step, and I was told that if the issue worsens, I can bring it back within a year for a free assessment or fix. It's clear they strive to make everyone feel welcome, no matter their level of car knowledge -- and it shows. I'll definitely keep Turbo Tim's in mind for future repairs. And on a lighter note, the shop's fish tank is pretty cool... and there are multiple friendly shop cats wandering around. I hope they're paid generously in treats and love.

As a busy Northeast teacher, it can be difficult to answer the phone in the middle of the day. Their service always makes it easy and goes above and beyond! Lane, at the front desk answered all of my inquiries without making me feel like a bother; especially given it was an hour before closing. Despite having a full load the following day, and due to limited hours later in the week, he advised that if I came first thing next morning, they would squeeze my car in. I had him add me to list for 7:30am (just in case) and advised that I was going to check out one more mechanic (nearby). Ultimately I went with Lowell's! The interaction with Lane felt more authentic. I appreciate that he was willing to give a range, and advise how price would vary based on if it was a this problem, verses a that problem. The next morning I dropped my car off. Without knowing when they'd get to it, I just took a Lyft to a restaurant in NE for breakfast and figured I'd walk to work from there. My car was ready by 10am and while I could have gone back for it, I decided to wait till later in the day, which they were fine with. The other place had a loaner car, a waiting area, and would have cost less (based on the diagnosed issue, front brake pad & rotor). However, although I would have LOVED to save money, I'm happy I went with Lowell's... the place that made me feel assured. I would return.
