I have no idea why it's called Haig's but it's a short order food honeyhole. It's hard to find a breakfast that's got this much value. Bacon, eggs, sausage, english muffin, pancakes for $8. All their lunches are filling and inexpensive. A great way to keep you fueled for multi hour table runs. They have American and Asian menus, while kinda taste the same, but they have some bangers. Staff is fantastic, hustler, hospitable, great service. Drink prices are chill and worth every penny. They will almost never cut you off unless you get violent or slur your speach bad, fall asleep. Parking is still terrible, parking across the street may get you ticketed/towed if you park there overnight, so try and park as close as possible to get on the cameras. Lots of homeless in the area, but none in the card rooms. Bathrooms are high traffic, but actually kinda clean. Even after all these years I'm still up on them eventhough with the legalization of online betting I still have reason to come here despite doing it all online or roulette in Vegas.

Instead, they're forcing everyone to download an app just to get on a list. Why? Not everyone wants to download another app. Some people don't have the space. Some people don't trust giving random third-party apps access to their phone. And believe it or not, some people *don't even have smartphones*. So what, those players just don't matter anymore? That's not innovation--that's exclusion. If you want to OFFER an app, great. Give people options. But completely removing the ability to call in is just lazy and tone-deaf. It shows zero consideration for your actual customer base. And this isn't the first time management has ignored players. The chip color change on the 4/8 table from blue to pink? Almost nobody liked it. Players spoke up. And just like now--nothing. No listening, no adjustments, no care. At this point, the place feels like our current government--quick to take your money, but not interested in listening to the people who actually keep the lights on. The players are the ones funding this place, and yet their voices couldn't matter less. It really feels like the people making these decisions don't play here, don't talk to players, and frankly don't care. There's no focus on improving the player experience--just unnecessary changes that frustrate everyone. Heartless, out-of-touch management. If you're going to make changes, at least make ones that *help* your customers, not push them away. If I see any changes or improvement, I will remove this comment.

The drive to the farm was easy on a dirt road once you're on Avenida Del Oro, go through the entrance gate to the paved parking lot. You'll see the owner, Mr. Yu hanging out at the tables. He scanned our Groupon and gave us each a bag. Said no rules, we can go anywhere on the property. Also gave us a small bottle of freshly juiced OJ. I had my elderly mom with me and Mr. Yu suggested that we drive back out near the front entrance where the grounds are level. Otherwise, it would be too steep for my mom. I'm so glad he suggested this because we didn't have to hike up a slope, not many people come this way so there were many large tangerines up for grabs! Tips: -Sun hat -Sunscreen -Sunglasses -gloves -Closed toe shoes (slippery when wet) -Tools for easy snipping or to grab the ones up high -Gently twist, don't pull the fruit -You can sample while you pick! -Clean restrooms -pay at the end Over 35 acres of tangerines, the very top of the hill are avocados, the trees in front of the parking lot are lemons and on the other side are blueberries. The video you see on You Tube or their website is outdated. They do not have a restaurant or wedding area but they are working on rebooting this. The tangerines are so juicy with a mix of sweet and sour. They have limited hours on Saturday and Sunday only from 10-2. The Groupon deal asked for reservations. I wasn't a fan of this just because things could change so I sent an email asking how strict and got an automatic reply, same as the last with a form to fill out reservations. I wish it was more personable. When I got there, he only cared about scanning the Groupon. So I don't think they are strict if you were to just show up without a reservation. Be on the lookout for snakes!!! Stick to the trees that you can clearly see through the branches. Avoid the ones that are all bushy as if something could be hidden there. My mom saw a snake coiled up on the branch when she was about to stick her hand through.

We found ourselves here recently on back to back days while we were in town for a friend's wedding. The property is huge! They offer a big parking garage and multiple entrances inside the property. It's very spacious with plenty of table games and slot machines. The walking paths are wide and spacious which is definitely a plus if you have elderly family members. My wife signed up for a players card and they offered a minimum of $25 free play. The attendant helped check an account for myself and found a card from many years ago. One nice gesture was she added the free play promo to my card as well. I really appreciated that, so huge shout out to her. Pechanga also tier matches with the Venetian/Palazzo players cards. We enjoy playing here simply because it is very spacious, the food options are decent and we have no problem finding machines to play and have some fun. Fun times! ( ^_^)b

Hygiene warning! Urine in the closet!…read more I stayed here from 6/12/26-6/14/26 for a friend's wedding. The room was standard casino hotel fare -- slight dust, lackluster sheets -- nothing alarming. Upon check-in, I placed my packing cubes with clothes on top of the small dresser inside the closet, where they stayed the entire weekend. Sunday morning at checkout, I went to grab my last set of clothes and made an unfortunate discovery: everything on that dresser REEKED of URINE. My clothes were dry, but the smell was unmistakably human urine. I thought I was losing my mind, so I asked my fiancé to smell the dresser after I cleared my clothes -- she gagged. Our best guess: a previous guest relieved themselves in the closet, and it wasn't cleaned up properly. At 8:45am on 6/14, I went to the front desk to report it. The attendants were empathetic and went to find a manager. After 5-10 minutes with no manager in sight, I had to leave -- I had a 12:20pm flight out of ONT and needed to stop at Target to buy clothes to wear home to Austin, TX. The front desk took my phone number and email, gave me a business card for Guest Services Manager Nathan Vicente, and said someone would follow up. I specifically requested an email since I'd be traveling all day. After my travel day, no call, no email. At 5:59pm PT I called the number on the card -- the manager on call had clocked out at 5pm. Monday 6/15, still no outreach by 12:50pm. I called at 12:59pm and reached the new Guest Services Manager, Jessie Matteson. She informed me this was a Housekeeping matter and would escalate it. To her credit, she followed through quickly -- Housekeeping Manager Christina Reyes called me at 1:44pm. I expected resolution. Instead, Christina told me she'd inspected the room, said everything was fine, and Pechanga would not be doing anything for me. When I asked when the room was first checked, she said 9:53am on 6/14 -- about an hour after my complaint. I found that hard to believe, and after two calls and a third callback just to receive a flat denial, I told Christina I thought she was being dishonest. Not my finest moment, but I had no other response. All I had asked for was a one-night refund. Instead, I was denied and made to feel like my experience wasn't real. I won't be returning, and I'd advise anyone staying here to do a smell check of their room first.
