Recently saw a Nile Rodgers and Chic concert here (at the Pechanga Theater) and spent some time in the casino beforehand to relax and enjoy dinner before the show. It was a Saturday night, so the casino floor was hopping and so was the food court! Patrons were all having a great time whether they were winning or not, playing table games, slots, enjoying dinner and drinks. For a casino of this size and scope, it is incredibly clean and easy to navigate. I'm more of a Vegas -casino type but Pechanga does offer many amenities that will keep you busy for hours/days. Lots of free parking although more detailed and updated signage is needed in their structure as many patrons (including us) couldn't find our way out and kept driving in circles (literally). Not a pleasant experience when a concert just let out and cars just wanna leave. Otherwise a fun place! read more

It is Saturday, September 12th at 1 PM. I was very shocked by this RUDE employee, her named is Myra in the High limit cage. Her attitude towards me was extremely unacceptable, the way she talked to me was so disrespectful and condescending. Seriously in High limits area! Her attitude, Myra thinks she above the Hugh limit clients. I mentioned to Myra have you been trained by Pechanga Casino? She said, "Yes." Really? You have been trained? Had a two day getaway with my family and spent it at Pechanga. From the time we entered to the time we left, everything was amazing. John at the front desk was fabulous. My son has Autism so we always have the bar locked and the snack tray completely removed from the room. Sadly, by the time we got their housekeeping was gone and he was kind enough to call me to inform me instead of just letting me figure it out on my own. I even requested a pool view and he said there were none available but when we got in the room he gave us a view of the old pool. My son was in heaven. He loves looking at the water and the lights. This was my first time staying overnight at Pechanga but I've been here a couple of times to gamble and have a good time. Good selection of slot machines and tables. Plenty of onsite restaurants and food court spots. Parking is plentiful. Hotel room check in was easy and so was checkout. Unfortunately, the room we received had a construction notice. So there was some extra noise. They gave us a chocolate hammer and some ear plugs. The noise wasn't actually too disruptive but then the morning we were going to check out, there was a pretty bad sewage smell that we had to deal with while packing up and getting ready. The hotel room floors were also kind of sticky considering it was carpet..... I did appreciate that they gave slippers and that the bed was comfy. Wasn't a fan of the shower soaps - smelled too strongly of floral. Wish we had more time to check out the pool and other amenities. read more

Ambience is nice and Andrew is very friendly and attentive to anything that we needed. We were initially seated towards the kitchen but the manager Ray relocated us in front of the fireplace making our experience even more special. Can't wait to return soon. Pechanga Resort is a always a good vibe! My wife and I have visited here more frequently than years past. We found ourselves here recently on back to back days while we were in town for a friend's wedding. The property is huge! They offer a big parking garage and multiple entrances inside the property. It's very spacious with plenty of table games and slot machines. The walking paths are wide and spacious which is definitely a plus if you have elderly family members. My wife signed up for a players card and they offered a minimum of $25 free play. The attendant helped check an account for myself and found a card from many years ago. One nice gesture was she added the free play promo to my card as well. I really appreciated that, so huge shout out to her. Pechanga also tier matches with the Venetian/Palazzo players cards. Recently visited Vegas and had an itch to play some roulette so Pechanga it is since it's way closer. This was my first time at this casino, and it had its pros and cons. Pros: free parking, short walk from the parking to the casino, plenty of parking spaces, and helpful staff when we asked where their roulette tables were located. Cons: only 2 roulette tables with all seats filled when my group and I arrived. I also feel that the roulette here doesn't pay out as well as compared to Vegas. But hey, I understand it's always a gamble. I do wish I had more time to explore for other eats or activities in Pechanga, but only came for a few hours one night. We are fans of Pechanga thanks to their sponsorships with various sports events and conventions! We find ourselves here a handful of times a year. We tend to park in the north garage and always taking pictures with their decor. The workers at the rewards desk are always friendly and helpful. The people working on the floor are always dutiful and are always cleaning. I can't speak for other games besides slots, but it's always a good time here. I have no criticism except for just letting others know to be mindful of what days you come; it gets extremely packed during the weekends and on holidays. On regular days, it's very easy to come play for a bit and leave when parking in the garages. read more

I happened to have dinner in Old Town Temecula and the Hubs and I stopped here on the way back. I signed up for a new member player card & was given $25 to spend at the shop or slots. The bathrooms downstairs were nice and clean. The women's had the toilet covers that were pre-wrapped on the seat & you wave your hand for it to rotate for a new plastic cover. Something I've only seen in Asia and never in the US. The Hubs used the one upstairs which he said he had to open 5 stalls to find a clean one. It was paper toilet covers. Upstairs "smoking slots" had flames so I thought it was better luck but it is their non-ventilated smoking area. Walking deep into the room it felt so hot and suffocating but it's been a minute since I've been around that level of smoke. IMO...I lost on the slots quickly (both up and downstairs), and I didn't see many people getting the bonus rounds which really drives up the excitement and FOMO. Not really motivated to come to this casino specifically. At least Morongo has the outlets! read more

Pechanga partners with my network, Springs Charter Schools and we are so fortunate to get to use this space for our professional development conferences and work summits. The staff make it feel like an EVENT and I always feel hyped! Sometimes we get our food catered by Pechanga and the lunch is fairly tasty. All areas within the property are cleaned and cared for from the bathrooms to the dining tables. Work aside, I love visiting Pechanga for their food and coffee shop. My family and I visit regularly and we always make it an appointment to stop for a bite to eat or coffee. Parking kind of sucks, the parking structure feels super far from the main building and it's easy to get turned around once inside. Signage helps but I still felt like it was hard to locate my car, even after taking pictures of my parking station. I DO appreciate the conveyor belts once you leave the parking structure area, they save time and reduce your time walking to the resort. read more

This is my first time at this Casino. He's been many times but I've never been. We came here with his friends to watch the Broncos/Patriots game. We sat at the bar. The bartenders were all friendly. We ordered Fireball shots, his and his friends' tradition, every time they come here. We also ordered micheladas and Bloody Marys. The way his friend had the fireball shots made were delish! The micheladas and Bloody Marys were delish also! This casino had plenty of seating around the bar to watch the game. There were plenty of TVs with the game on. It was fun to watch with all the football fans around. This casino is really clean. Everyone was friendly. We ended up playing some blackjack and he won before we left and headed back to his cousin's bar for the Rams/Seahawks game. We will definitely be coming back. The gaming floor is huge, the layout is clean, and because it's non-smoking, you don't leave smelling like an ashtray, which I majorly appreciate. We came for a concert and stayed for dinner at Umi Sushi. The food at Umi was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is lively and upscale. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is just how wildly packed it gets on Friday and Saturday nights. Finding a spot in the parking structure took a bit, lines for the restaurants can get long, and favorite slot machines are tough to lock down during peak hours. The avg is 3 stars and the site is "unclaimed" at the time of this review. I will say both go together ! It's run by Tribal so some things will be off. Some things will lack logic! I can list a few irritants I had from the pool closing at 5pm on a 90 degree day on Sept 10. Or, the front desk trying to extort me for $100 to check in at 340pm vs 4pm. Some things are just not done to logic at this place . For that, they can't get over a 3 star. As for the steak house (Great Oak), it's the best of the best. 5 Star +. The comedy club with 15 guests in Attendence (Thursday night), that too was GREAT. The cleanliness and atmosphere- Also GREAT. If only they can work on some reasonable management of common sense, this place would be a 5 Star! If the customer is there at 20 min prior to 4, room is ready, check them in! Instead, a dozen customers jams the counter at 4pm and waits 20 min. So silly. If your pool is packed at your summers go to Sept 30 with 90 degree weather, your pool bar is full, duh. Stay open. What's not to like about Pechanga? A fairly reasonable drive from most places in LA in Orange County without having to go through the horrible traffic of 515 and then even better. It's predominantly non-smoking. In fact the main casino is not smoking in that really cruising experience. Everything has kept clean. It is nice to decorated. It's a casino so I can go there with the idea that you're paying money for entertainment rather than taking your action gonna come away and win something then you're going to have a great experience. The other places such as the food court coffee area are always nice and comfortable when you need a break from gaming. I haven't stayed here to show her yet, but I think it would be something that would certainly be worth doing as everything here seems like it's so nice and the employees are certainly very helpful. read more

Pechanga is probably one of our favorite casinos we like to stay at. My wife gambles a lot so she usually gets free rooms here and at other casinos and I'm always inclined to say yes when she asked to come here. I love it because it's one of the more modern, nicer casinos and the kids love the heated pools and water slides. They also have a grassy area in the back to run with the kids, play catch or frisbee. The hotel has plenty of shops, restaurants and massage and spa services for your needs. We usually come with the kids and one of the negatives about the place is there aren't really any other activities for the kids and the only entertainment they have on tv for kids you have to pay for. They don't have any streaming services to choose from on the tv and the kid packages like Disney on demand, PBS Kids, Nickelodeon Kids Street cost $16.99 and only last for a few hours then you have to pay again. They also have a few kid movies that cost $24.99 each. So, I wouldn't necessarily say the casino is completely kid friendly but you should be able to keep the kids occupied during the day. I'm not really a gambler but they do have plenty of slot & table games throughout the casino. Lastly, I've eaten at several of the restaurants here and the food has been pretty good. I would avoid the food court at all cost and just order room service if the food court is your only choice. We had a wonderful time at Applebees for Happy Hour then headed to the best Casino in town in Temecula and had a Fantastic good time. Winning tonight was a big bonus which helped pay for everything including gasoline valet parking $20 now and extra cocktails too. Sunday night is the best time for casino activities especially here. Super Duper busy tonight and we had to wait for some of our favorite machines to play with to win. Another customer had just won $2500 and many more winners here tonight. I came here for the first time on the 4th of July, and the fireworks were amazing. I recommend watching the show from the top level of the parking garage for a great view. There are also plenty of restaurants and gift shops to explore inside. It seems like it would be a great place to stay, and I do not think I even had time to see everything. I recently attended a show at the Pechanga Theatre and for the theatre and show it was a complete 5 Star experience. On the last visit here performances were in a makeshift ballroom (some time ago) when the location was much younger. Speaking of younger...when I was in eighth grade I was out of state to visit my grandparents and I got to spend a week going to school with my cousin. I attended classes, pep rallies, theatre etc. Before I left that week a boy sent me home with a couple cassettes to introduce me to new music; one was Cheap Trick, the other was 38 Special. Cheap Trick is a band I have seen more than any other since those days, but on this night at Pechanga I finally went to a performance for 38 Special and I can honestly say it was the best show I saw this year outside of seeing my cousin make his debut on Broadway (I may be a bit biased here). The theatre here is small, the lines for drinks and snacks easy, and the seats were extremely comfortable and staggered better than any theatre in San Diego. I wanted to sit in the back specifically to dance. I would likely choose this space over and over. On parking, it is also a breeze, no fees and quick entry to the building. 38 Special put on the best show. It happened to be the release night of thier new album, Milestone. This is the first in over 20 years. These guys are true rockers and they still have it. I am always amazed at how musicians become so polished in their craft over the years. Did I mention, the lights and sound system here are top notch also! I have already booked the next show at my newest favorite performance theatre locally. This will be a fast forward to my senior year and a flashback to good times. We stayed here over the weekend as we had to be in town for a wedding at a vineyard nearby. The hotel staff members were very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to the doormen: Arnel (sp) and sayed. They were lovely. That said, One of the more disappointing things about staying here was the late check in. The hotel was empty when we arrived. I was hoping we could check in early as we were so exhausted by the time we got there. I wasn't going to wait 4 HOURS to check into my hotel room. Again, the hotel was empty. They could have accommodated us, but instead they charged us an additional fee to check into our hotel room earlier. It created a bad first experience with the hotel. This place is CLEARLY not on par with the montage, Ritz Carlton, or even the Hilton waterfront hotel (montage is best). Those hotels go above and beyond to create the most memorable and pleasant experience for their guests, and that's clearly NOT what Pechanga strives for in my opinion. I understand the hotel wants to make money, but charging an extra fee for an earlier check in leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes for an unpleasant first impression and experience. The restaurants and offerings were just ok. The spa had no availability (understaffed), and I dont gamble... it might be the ritz Carlton to those who live in the IE, but it's NOT... i was also double charged for drinks i did not order at the cove. MANAGEMENT: PLEASE RECTIFY THE SITUATION. It would be highly unlikely that I would stay here again if I had to be in the IE, and I really don't want to have to come back to the IE anytime soon. & again, Management: please fix the billing error i mentioned above. read more

Lots of free parking with structures that have green/red light indicators for easy spotting. Great ambiance, lots of slots, table games, bars, and restaurants as well as a food court. The slots provide great entertainment, but can be tight. Restrooms are always spotless. The casino has been smoke-free after covid, but there's a smoking section on the 2nd level for those who want options. Hygiene warning! Urine in the closet! I stayed here from 6/12/26-6/14/26 for a friend's wedding. The room was standard casino hotel fare -- slight dust, lackluster sheets -- nothing alarming. Upon check-in, I placed my packing cubes with clothes on top of the small dresser inside the closet, where they stayed the entire weekend. Sunday morning at checkout, I went to grab my last set of clothes and made an unfortunate discovery: everything on that dresser REEKED of URINE. My clothes were dry, but the smell was unmistakably human urine. I thought I was losing my mind, so I asked my fiancé to smell the dresser after I cleared my clothes -- she gagged. Our best guess: a previous guest relieved themselves in the closet, and it wasn't cleaned up properly. At 8:45am on 6/14, I went to the front desk to report it. The attendants were empathetic and went to find a manager. After 5-10 minutes with no manager in sight, I had to leave -- I had a 12:20pm flight out of ONT and needed to stop at Target to buy clothes to wear home to Austin, TX. The front desk took my phone number and email, gave me a business card for Guest Services Manager Nathan Vicente, and said someone would follow up. I specifically requested an email since I'd be traveling all day. After my travel day, no call, no email. At 5:59pm PT I called the number on the card -- the manager on call had clocked out at 5pm. Monday 6/15, still no outreach by 12:50pm. I called at 12:59pm and reached the new Guest Services Manager, Jessie Matteson. She informed me this was a Housekeeping matter and would escalate it. To her credit, she followed through quickly -- Housekeeping Manager Christina Reyes called me at 1:44pm. I expected resolution. Instead, Christina told me she'd inspected the room, said everything was fine, and Pechanga would not be doing anything for me. When I asked when the room was first checked, she said 9:53am on 6/14 -- about an hour after my complaint. I found that hard to believe, and after two calls and a third callback just to receive a flat denial, I told Christina I thought she was being dishonest. Not my finest moment, but I had no other response. All I had asked for was a one-night refund. Instead, I was denied and made to feel like my experience wasn't real. I won't be returning, and I'd advise anyone staying here to do a smell check of their room first. read more

Our friend who booked our stay said the resort tower offers the shower- compared to the casino tower which has a bathtub. The double queen beds were so comfortable- had it not been for my tradition to leave all drapes open to allow the slow gradual rise of the morning sun- I could've totally slept in all morning. Our room had a view of the northeast section of the property. Which gave a perfect view of the sunrise. For snacks placed on the TV counter and beverages in the mini fridge- a price list is given for guests, that way no surprise fees are charged to card on file. Same thing with bathroom amenities. The shower is huge with vaulted ceiling to fit a 7ft tall giant. I love how there's a shower bench, and for someone that 5'3"- there was no need for me to adjust the detachable shower head. There's also a rain shower head- which makes some short like me feel like I'm drowning if both are running simultaneously. Water pressure is great and there wasn't a way for guests to shut one off at least, if preferred. Shower amenities are plentiful and no need for guests to pack anything extra, unless they were brand specific. Very convenient food court for those wanting a quick grab to dine there or takeaway. Thank goodness for all the signage throughout the resort/ casino floor pointing guests on the right direction. I was starting to get overwhelmed. LOL. I didn't realize til after we came back to the room from grabbing coffee and a morning nibble at Blends Coffee Bar, there was a coffee machine in our room. I had to open the cabinet adjacent to the mini fridge. If you opted for valet, there's a cool valet machine prior to exiting the building. Valet attendants don't deal with payment. It's been years since I stepped foot in Pechanga because let's be honest, I usually prefer keeping my money in my wallet rather than donating it to the house. But we had an event nearby and 5 hours to kill so... challenge accepted. I spent a solid hour just "scouting." And by scouting, I mean walking laps to get my steps in while judging which machines looked the friendliest. I'm a Blackjack girl at heart but the table minimums had me clutching my purse. Not today, high rollers! ​I retreated to the safety of the penny slots. I gave Huff and Puff a go and actually walked away with a tiny jackpot! But the real MVP of the night was a random piggy themed machine. I didn't even catch the full name of the game. I literally only stopped because the pig's name was Bubba and that's the kind of logic I use to make financial decisions. ​Bubba treated me right! I walked out with more than I started with, which is basically a miracle. It's a huge, clean, and nice-looking spot. If you're like me and value your bank account, stick to the pennies and look for the pigs. read more
