Came for a 3 day getaway and had an amazing visit with the exception of the racial profiling my man experienced at Blends. The casino tower is currently being renovated and can cause some noise disturbance. They automatically offer to move you to the other tower and if not, they provide ear plugs and a nice little chocolate to apologize. Another thing I want to share is, my mom had to rent a scooter because she had surgery. It's only $45 for 24hours. I thought that was a great value compared to what other places charge for electric scooters. Pechanga resort offers RV parking, golfing, a spa, pool, suites, banquet halls, a variety of restaurants, concerts, slots, table games, poker, self & valet parking. They also have their own gas station and car wash.

Wow....this is a beautiful casino. It is the largest casino in Southern California and will honestly be my new local hangout when I get the "Vegas" itch. Staff was helpful and friendly, covered parking is conveniently located next to the casino and there is a plethora of slots, table games and much more to keep you entertained. Plenty of dining options as well. Great thing is, the resort is located just minutes off of the I-15 freeway. You won't have to drive miles on a two lane country road to get there. Check it out, I highly recommend a visit. You'll have a great time! Aloha!!

Awesome gaming and food, just be ready for the Friday night rush. Pechanga is easily one of the nicest casino resorts around. The gaming floor is huge, the layout is clean, and because it's non-smoking, you don't leave smelling like an ashtray, which I majorly appreciate. We came for a concert and stayed for dinner at Umi Sushi. The food at Umi was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the resort is lively and upscale. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is just how wildly packed it gets on Friday and Saturday nights. Finding a spot in the parking structure took a bit, lines for the restaurants can get long, and favorite slot machines are tough to lock down during peak hours. If you can visit during the week or earlier in the day, it's a perfect 5-star experience. Still highly recommend for a fun night out or a staycation!

Recently visited Vegas and had an itch to play some roulette so Pechanga it is since it's way closer. This was my first time at this casino, and it had its pros and cons. Pros: free parking, short walk from the parking to the casino, plenty of parking spaces, and helpful staff when we asked where their roulette tables were located. Cons: only 2 roulette tables with all seats filled when my group and I arrived. I also feel that the roulette here doesn't pay out as well as compared to Vegas. But hey, I understand it's always a gamble. I do wish I had more time to explore for other eats or activities in Pechanga, but only came for a few hours one night. Hopefully, if I come back next time, I come back with a big win!

I loved my stay here. Amazing customer service and the pool bar is amazing and the water slide yes I went on it. I had never in my life been on a water slide like that. Amazing experience. All the staff is friendly. The food is also delicious here.

Pechanga is always a good time! Out of all the casinos I've visited, this one is by far one of the nicest and consistently the most fun to come back to. There are tons of slot machines and plenty of options when it comes to food and drinks, so you'll never feel limited. One of our favorite spots is the food court their tacos are definitely a go-to for us! Service at the bars has always been great as well, which really adds to the overall experience. The bathrooms are always clean, which is a big plus, and it's very convenient that they offer valet service along with multiple entrances to get in and out easily. Overall, this casino never disappoints and is always a great time!

This review is manly for the hotel. The casino was not good imo. The slots were sooooo tight and the tables not great. I gamble regularly at harrahs up the road and enjoy that Casino much more. The hotel is amazing!! The pool and restaurants too. We had a wonderful trip last week and would stay again. Just not gamble at the casino. There's lots to do for adults in the evening and it's super lively but not much for kids once the pools close. We did a cabana at the cove and it was fabulous. My daughter loved the water slides and the area with giant jenga and connect four.

A comfortable stay equivalent to 4 star hotel. The room was clean and had nice amenities. Wish they had chrome cast to connect your streaming subs. Also I loved that they supplied all kinds of chargers, this is thoughtful! The pool area was also clean and busy for the Saturday. There's a food court and good dining throughout the casino.

This review is for Pechanga's ballroom and event space, the Summit Ballroom. I have attended many events here at Pechanga's Summit Ballroom. It's a big space that is able to accommodates thousands of people. It's ideal for sit down dining, entertainment and vendor tables. You enter into the space through big doors and into a large hall that greets entering attendees. Then step into the ballroom and the set up is expansive and ideal for holding big conferences. The success of events in themselves depends on the organization(s) putting on the event. However, there is much to be said about service, meals, and overall coordination of the event, which I think the credit must go to Pechanga. Pechanga is so beautiful, beautifully decorated and beautifully maintained.

We are fans of Pechanga thanks to their sponsorships with various sports events and conventions! We find ourselves here a handful of times a year. We tend to park in the north garage and always taking pictures with their decor. The workers at the rewards desk are always friendly and helpful. The people working on the floor are always dutiful and are always cleaning. I can't speak for other games besides slots, but it's always a good time here. I have no criticism except for just letting others know to be mindful of what days you come; it gets extremely packed during the weekends and on holidays. On regular days, it's very easy to come play for a bit and leave when parking in the garages.

GREAT CONFERENCE ROOMS & BALLROOM! Pechanga partners with my network, Springs Charter Schools and we are so fortunate to get to use this space for our professional development conferences and work summits. The staff make it feel like an EVENT and I always feel hyped! Sometimes we get our food catered by Pechanga and the lunch is fairly tasty. All areas within the property are cleaned and cared for from the bathrooms to the dining tables. Work aside, I love visiting Pechanga for their food and coffee shop. My family and I visit regularly and we always make it an appointment to stop for a bite to eat or coffee. Parking kind of sucks, the parking structure feels super far from the main building and it's easy to get turned around once inside. Signage helps but I still felt like it was hard to locate my car, even after taking pictures of my parking station. I DO appreciate the conveyor belts once you leave the parking structure area, they save time and reduce your time walking to the resort.

Concierge was very helpful and explaining about how to get a Scooter. Service on 5/20/26 morning @ Cafe Cocoa in food court was exceptional! Told boss give her a promotion! And the Bell Desk on 5/21/26 @ 8:30 that slim young man was so tentative and professional! Thank You all for making a great stay for me!! See you again Soon!

I happened to have dinner in Old Town Temecula and the Hubs and I stopped here on the way back. I signed up for a new member player card & was given $25 to spend at the shop or slots. The bathrooms downstairs were nice and clean. The women's had the toilet covers that were pre-wrapped on the seat & you wave your hand for it to rotate for a new plastic cover. Something I've only seen in Asia and never in the US. The Hubs used the one upstairs which he said he had to open 5 stalls to find a clean one. It was paper toilet covers. Upstairs "smoking slots" had flames so I thought it was better luck but it is their non-ventilated smoking area. Walking deep into the room it felt so hot and suffocating but it's been a minute since I've been around that level of smoke. IMO...I lost on the slots quickly (both up and downstairs), and I didn't see many people getting the bonus rounds which really drives up the excitement and FOMO. Not really motivated to come to this casino specifically. At least Morongo has the outlets!

Check-in was easy, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. There were a couple of minor issues that affected our stay. The sliding glass door is a bit dated and had a gap that allowed cold air and outside noise into the room. It felt like sleeping with a window open, and my face and ears became noticeably cold. I was thankful I had packed a thermal and jogging suit, which helped keep me warm. I was eventually able to find a temporary solution by placing a pillow against the door and pushing the desk forward to help block the draft. Parking was also a bit challenging on the second night. The first night went perfectly, as the front desk gave clear directions and we were able to park at Building F1 by the stairs. After returning from a concert around 1:00 a.m. the second night, parking F1 was full, and I had to park farther away between Buildings F3 and F4. Walking back late at night in the cold felt uncomfortable and scary. I did mention the sliding glass door issue to the front desk, but there were no other king-size suites available. Despite these small challenges, the room itself was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful.

There's a dog park, a dog washing station, a laundry room, showers, a pool, picnic areas and hook ups for water, electricity and sewage. I felt at ease. I couldn't wait to come back... Unfortunately things changed and broke my heart. My suv was experiencing power steering issues so security was kind enough to allow my partner and I to gather up some items at auto zone and work on our car in an empty area of the Pala parking lot. As my partner was finishing up, I told him we may as well just pay for another night at the rv resort so we could use their showers because he was covered in sweat and car fluids. I walked over there and spoke to the nice young girl I had communicated with earlier and told her I'd like to reserve another night and I'm happy to pay (my stay was comp'd due to my player status at Pala Casino). Her reply was "I understand but unfortunately your RV is not allowed to be at our resort anymore. We cannot accept it. The photos you submitted were not the same as what we saw in person." See, I had to get my RV approved to even be allowed before I arrived because of the year (1998). I sent in good pictures of course with great angles... I want the vehicle to look as nice as possible. It was the motorhome version of "you can't sit with us" from mean girls. I was stunned. I'm still stunned. We fit in with every other person there at the resort. I'm sorry our motor home wasn't 6 figures. But it's not an eye sore by any means. It's just not a crazy luxury one like the others that surrounded us. I mean, one of the neighbors admitted his vehicle was $400k+ and invited us to come in and look around. It looked like the Taj Mahal without exaggeration. I know my face fell and I simply replied "...oh..". The girl then goes "I see your stay was a casino comp, can't you go to the hotel?" I was mortified. I just said "yeah... I guess." And I walked away. And I cried. Apparently because my RV isn't brand new and expensive, I am undeserving of a nice, comfortable place that feels like a second home to visit with my loved ones and our humble motorhome. Weeks pass and after my partner spoke to the manager, she let him know that two things needed to be fixed on our Class A: the awnings and the apparent unsightly what appeared to be small areas of "rust" towards the top of the RV. We went ahead and removed those issues. I proceeded to attempt to book a few nights there and I received a response stating that although they appreciate us fixing the cosmetic issues, now apparently we are told from our last visit, either the RV or my Mercedes SUV left a, once again, unsightly oil or liquid substance behind on the pad where we were parked. And I quote, "To stay at the Pala RV Resort, all vehicles must be well maintained and in good running condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate a stay at this time". Honestly, I don't know why I continue to become shocked by the types of responses I receive from this place. I don't know what kind of training they're given but the elitest vibe and the "you guys aren't good enough" attitude shot back at adults who are just trying to find a comfortable, safe and pleasant area to reside for a few days in our motor home along with our sweet dogs is just so unnecessarily rude, cruel and demeaning. Is the upscale reputation being upheld far more important than respect, kindness and a helpful, welcoming vantage point? In conclusion, as long as your trailer or motor vehicle is pristine, less than 20 years old and you are upper middle, upper class or better yet, a one percenter, this place is PERFECT for you, all your needs will be met, respect will be given to the utmost degree. If you are anything less than that, go find yourself a spot in a Walmart parking lot or the bureau of land management because you won't have a place for yourself here... well, you may get a "pass" for a stay but then you'll be reminded how unworthy you are to be in "such a high standard establishment." Above offended and angry, I'm hurt, upset and appalled by the way this has been handled. Thinking of these interactions actually gives me a great discomfort in my stomach and it's a shame.
