When the technician came, he explained that there was a problem with my compressor, but the good news was that the refrigerator was still under warranty. AG Appliance Repair was kind enough to file a claim with LG, and once LG accepted the claim and mailed the parts, AG Appliance Repair came back promptly to fix it. And then came the shock when I was presented with the bill for $330.00 after the $129.00 service charge was deducted. What a chutzpah.
