There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

Technicians, operators we're all courteous and helpful. From what we could tell, they did a great job. UNTIL WE HAD A FLOOD! We used the washer for the first time today. Thankfully, we were home and saw water pooled all around the washer. We stopped it and cleaned up as well as we can, but it's a stacking unit which required two men to move. WE CALLED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE THEY ARE CLOSED. They suggest we call back tomorrow. In the meantime, water has seeped into our floors and wood cabinetry and is already causing visible damage. We left a message with the weekend answering service and are hoping for a call back.

Day 2 mid afternoon rolled around (no Sears update)--came across Cupo Appliance Repair's number on-line. Called to see if I could establish a back-up plan. Immediately was connected to a human being (Joe) who was not only knowledgeable in what likely was the issue with our dryer, but had the parts on hand (OMG, right?), was able to provide an estimate of costs, and said you will have a working dryer by the end of the day (insert the sound of angels singing). We then scheduled service for 4 p.m. Called Joe back to confirm Sears cancelled again and shortly Joe was on his way to our home. Dryer was fixed in no time flat, he even helped us with a cabinet door. Joe is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, had the dryer up and running quickly, offered service at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend contacting him when you are in need of an appliance repair.
