I've been to a lot of body shops over the years, but this shop is by far the best I've been too. Here's just a few examples of what they provided . . . They provided an estimate that was in line with other estimates, they had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car into the shop, they made all the communications with the insurance companies, gave me regular updates on the progress and any additional work to be done once they disassembled the rear bumper and panels, let me know when the car was completed and took care of the rental at the shop when I came in to pick up my car. All this with a smile and professionalism. Oh yes . . . and they detailed the whole interior (never seen my car so clean) and the work they did was perfect. -5 stars Dropped Ford Escape for rear drivers side door replacement. Upon picking up the center counsel ( radio/ climate controls/ etc) door and windows on drivers side were not functioning - turned around to drop it back off near closing time because no one had bothered to call and let us know work was done and it was ready for pick up. Had to leave it over the weekend- which cost two extra days of rental car fees. On Monday picked up vehicle checked controls ( working) Later that night noticed the backup camera was not working!! Called Tuesday morning and they argued it didn't work when dropped off- and that they forgot to note that on their inspection paperwork. They said we could bring it back but that we would be charged to look at it! We are very unhappy with the DISHONEST demeanor of Bills. Used them in past and was happy with service. I have never had such an awesome experience at an auto body place before in my life. These guys really made a positive impression on me. They were quick to get in to see. I had been rear ended and within a week I was all fixed up. The place was very well kept, the reception area was nice and the workers were are extremely friendly (and not too bad on the eyes either). :) They hooked me up with a super sweet loaner, cleaned both the exterior AND interior of my car (which, believe me, was a job in itself), and left an awesome "Bill's Auto Body" coffee mug in my center council. I felt like I was driving a new car off of the lot!!! Oh, and not to mention I was getting text message updates regarding the progress of my car throughout the duration of the repair. Brought my 2014 Silverado in for some insurance work (got backed into) (damaged passenger box side, rear door and cab corner). Went there for an estimate week of 26th-30th of July and said if I had brought the truck back on or before August 3rd it'd be done by the 15th, so I went that route and the day I dropped it off (August 3rd) they then told me the 20th of August for pickup date and about a week after them having it I got a voice mail saying they don't plan on having it done by the 20th so now they were saying the 22nd-23rd and a few short days after, got another message saying the 27th. That was frustrating as it was 12 days from the initial told pick up date. When I got the truck back (August 26th) I looked over the work and all the body work looked fantastic however, there was grease left on the body and door jam from the pullers they must've used to pull out the cab corner, rear end of the tonneau cover was all unaligned and messed up, I stopped at a gas station to fill up and the "plastic cord" that holds the gas cap to the door was broken, once I got on the highway I noticed that about 9"-12" of the tonneau seal was waving in the wind. Also could have sworn I had a garage door opener in the truck but noticed nothing there when I got home, could be wrong. They did a great job on the body work but definitely left loose strings all around. read more

This is the second time I have had work done to my new truck by Bills. I CANNOT speak more highly of the work and the staff at Bills. I have been beyond impressed with the quality, price, and professionalism throughout the entire process. The first visit was an insurance claim, which was handled by Jason, the second visit was an out of pocket repair, and both times everything from start to finish was excellent. Not only was my repair finished in the time they said it would be, but you get the vehicle back cleaner than the day you bought it(seriously, impressive work). Both times Jason was very good at answering all of my questions, as well as explaining the work that would be done, in a very simple, and easy to understand way. Both visits I used a rental car, which they also scheduled, the first time, enterprise dropped off a vehicle for me to use, the second time I used one of Bills' loaner cars. Picking up my vehicle was just as easy, they made sure I was happy with everything( I was) and sent me on my way. I feel very fortunate to know that when something unfortunate happens to my vehicle, I know I have a quality repair shop I can trust to fix it! read more

Had a minor accident and needed body work on the front of my SUV. Went to Bill's on the recommendation of my son who had used their services a couple years ago. They have a clean reception area with no paint fumes. The person doing the estimate was polite and efficient. The job was done at a reasonable price within days and as a nice personal touch, they had wiped down and vacuumed the interior. This was a nice personal touch that enhanced the whole experience. Took car to shop for estimate, Insurance required two estimates per communications to me from insurance company. Left shop and went home to sent estimate to insurance company per insurance request. Insurance company called Bill's Auto Body and Randy told State Farm we were not going to bring car back to them. At no time did my son or me state that to Bill's. Bill's est was approx. $4400. State Farm Insurance adjuster's est was $3500 due to missing repairs. Due to Randy's (Bill's Auto Body) behavior on the phone with State Farm, State Farm will only pay $3500 to repair car. The whole time I planned to bring the car back once the repair was authorized by State Farm. Due to Bill's Auto Body behavior, I will never bring a car to them or ever recommend them to anyone. I will only spread the word of what they did to me. read more

Last week I picked up my car at Bill's. This is not the first time I have used their services. I dealt with Randy. He is so professional and nice. Our car was rear ended and we took it to Bill's on the recommendation of a family member. We were very pleased with the result. It took awhile to get in and then about 10 days to fix, but we had a rental from the insurance company so it was not a big deal. I agree with another reviewer that the extras gave the whole experience the WOW factor! Our car was put back together well. You would've thought they'd replaced everything and not just matched paint. After getting t-boned last December I was referred to Bill's Auto Body by family members. They were absolutely fantastic! They kept me updated throughout the entire process. They were apologetic when they had to extend the completion date (2 days) even though it wasn't their fault. When digging into the car they found more damage than the visual inspection had yielded, and to no fault of their own the part came in 2 days later than expected. After getting the car back it was cleaner inside and out than when I bought it!! When I arrived they had the car warming up outside, which was extremely thoughtful on a sub-zero day. There is a lifetime warranty on the work they did as well. If you need a body shop Bill's Auto Body needs to be your first choice!!! read more

First good points -Old loaner car with rust and noisy (I put this as good because it was basically a free loaner for the time they fixed my car) Definitely not my first choice for a loaner though. -Two week wait for appointment and one week to fix Bad -They decided something was too expensive to fix without giving me the option to fix it told me about it during phone call that my car was done. -My hood has bubbles or divots in it after the paint job looks like a first time painter did it. -After pick up of my car the bright headlights no longer work (worked just fine prior to their service). Contacted them about it and according to the person in the office they check headlights before the car leaves and everything was working. No possibility that their technician skipped something or failed to report an issue. Apparently customer's are wrong. No offer to look at the car again to see if they did mess something up when repairing the front end. Told me I was on my own to figure it out. --- Not customer service. -My car now chugs when I am driving. For instance step on accelerator or go up the hill and the car hesitates and chugs along. Idling and the car acts like it will die. Could this be a coincidence yes but if someone works on the front end of my car and I get it back like this I at the very least expect a diagnostic. Again I have to figure it out on my own. I gave them two stars because yes they fixed the damage to the front end. But Bill's if you want repeat customers you need work on customer service. Personally I will never use this body shop again and people I know will be aware of the lack of customer service at this shop. If this was truly a coincidence then fine its my problem, but not even offering to investigate the problem to make sure the shop is not liable is not ok. At least not to me. read more

I love THIS SHOP. I hit my 2014 Cadillac ELR on a post. Bill's is the best. I was quoted $1900 and $1800 by my local small town auto body repair shops ( they do good work also) But Bill's was not only $1339. There work was superior. Their service amazing. And they had it done in 1/2 the time. Finally, they completely detailed the car inside and out including the tires. ( that alone is work $75 to $100. Free loaner - nice Dodge Charger. I drive 65000 miles a year in commuting and I have had a few little dents and dings before. This was my first experience with Bill's Auto Body and boy, was I impressed. Everyone I dealt with was super courteous, friendly and reassuring. It was only a few dings and scratches that needed repair but I got the royal treatment as if it was a much bigger job. This place is top notch and professional and it shows in the cleanliness of both the inside and outside of the building. When I picked up my car the entire outside and inside had been beautifully cleaned and I felt like I was driving away in a brand new vehicle. I took my 4 month old Jeep to Bill's to have a rock dent removed from the hood. Not only did they get it done early but it looked brand new. They totally detailed the outside and inside and the mug was a nice touch.
