I submitted a request for service on their website 2 separate times within a week... never heard…read moreback from anyone. Chose not to call... if you have an option for a website submission, then you need to respond in a timely fashion. If you're unable to consistently do so, maybe shouldn't have that option available to customers. Went with Safelite instead.
