I was almost run completely off the road by one of their tow trucks. The guy driving was such a horribly reckless driver, he almost hit three cars (mine included) to go first in a merge lane in front of a gas station in Bristol. Horrible. I thought he was fair. I brought my just bought suv for an inspection. They kept it 5 days and than told me it need new breaks & exhaust at a cost of 1700 bucks. When I told George I would take it back to the guy I brought it from, he charged me 50 bucks. I changed a sensor and brought it to Speedy. It passed. This guy is great to work with he'll get you back on the road in no time . He helped me when I got into a car accident and needed my struts replaced and new wheel bearings and it rode perfectly . A very honest repair shop and will tell you what you need and don't need . Very professional and courteous bill is a great guy and knows how to run a business I will definitely be coming back. Also if you need a state inspections he does those too . Local shops are always better to go to in my opinion . read more

it's ashamed when a local auto repair shop tells you he will not take your business because you don't use him for a tow. The owner call my repair garbage because I would not be using his tow service of buy new parts. I am disabled and need the car for doctors appointments. what does that tell u as a customer. Very friendly guys, didn't charge me the cost of a new kidney, didn't repair things that "maybe could be the problem", didn't try to convince me to spend money on extras they didn't think I'd know were a thing, and got the job done faster than I expected. I wonder if there is a negative star choice. Bought a car from this guy for our son. A 2009 Chevy for $5000 a year ago. It has cost us that again for repairs. Bill swore it had NEVER been in an accident. A lie. It was in a head-on collision with extreme damage says CarFax, which we checked now that we are selling it. Wow. Do not buy from him. Called late on Friday to see if they could take a look at my car, which was having some brake and belt issues. They said I could bring it in first thing Monday, which I did. Billy and the other gentleman working were very friendly, chatting and cracking jokes and saying hi to my dog. They called to check in early afternoon and let me know what the issues were (new break shoes, tightening of a belt) prior to doing the work. I was able to pick it up a couple of hours later for what seems like a fair price for both the parts and labor. I'm happy to have a mechanic within walking distance of my new place and I'll definitely be back. Can't speak to the reviews here, but I agree with the good ratings I saw on Google Reviews. read more

Totally unprofessional ,called for a towe, once he arrived I told the driver I had no brakes or e brake, instead of pushing the car and using the cable to towe it onto the towe truck the towe truck driver starts the car and drives it on to the towe truck using the parking gear to stop my car with several times before using it one more time to park it on the lift which was already on a vertical angle.Asked him about this and if it was going to hurt my transmission and he told me he would double the price of the towe and that he knew what he was doing he was the professional, don't ever get your car towed from this place totally arrogant and rude. read more
