Ended up being told my passanger rear brake caliper rotor needed replaced. I had a throw out bearing going out in my clutch and my cv joints needed replaced. After the repairs I had a brake still sticking. I took my car in 5 times and each time was told they couldnt find anything. They couldnt get the brake to stick. Fast forward a couple of weeks after the last time i sent it i was heading to work and my whole brake system locked up. Drove it to the nearest mechanic and they said my whole driver rear caliper brake rotor had seized up. Anothe 750 dollar repair... brakes are still sticking. Finally found a real honest compatrnt mechanic who looked over all the work and discovered my brake pad had been out on incorrectly. Causing all the repairs to the brake rotor and caplier to be not fixed and ruined yet again. The new mechanic told me due to my car being a manual a transmission flush was not something i could have done for my car... the amount of time they charged was incorrect and on too of all that when he went to check on the work done my transmission fluid level was low. He said when you replace xv joints sometimes the transmission fluid will leak out. Literally everything this mechanic at ATSI touched was performed wrong, mis diagnosed and clearly not looked at properly because all issues could have been fixed if they were just looked at in the first place. So i desputed the bill and wong the dispute. The manager Gabbie was not happy about that and reached out saying she would be fighting it and all forms of communication would need to be done thru the company from here on out. Yet she reached out to a mutual family member to bash the fact i disputed the shotty work (at best) and involved outside people in our business transaction. Bottom line this company was incompetant to do the job, cost me 6 weeks of being out of work due to their failure to diagnose, fix properly the things needed on the car, and then when telling them something isnt right FIVE MORE TIMES still failed to do their job. It was a nightmare that took 6 months to be resolved and it also cost me a new transmission that i have not yet decided to sue for compensation. And the level of professionalism was at an all time low. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR EVEN AN OIL CHANGE seeing as a simple brake job they couldnt even out the brake pad on properly. If you do use them oay with credit so you can dispute the crappy service you receive. Save yourself the trouble though and go somewhere that knows how to properly diagnose and fix the correct problems the first or even SECOND time. 5 times and 2 mechanics and 6 months after the initial visit i finally got my car fixed and fixed correctly.

They made sure they had all my information. As you can see in the screenshot they texted me to confirm my appointment. My first clue should have been when the lady behind me was greeted and assisted before me, I realized we were not probably getting the same service but I thought that the man assisting people was rude for not acknowledging me at all, even after we had eye contact. We agreed that my wife and I would not be waiting, and would pick it up in the afternoon. When I got the quote they said a couple of hours. So at around 5:00 I called to see if the service was complete. I was then informed that my vehicle was on the ticket for tomorrow. I completely understand that things come up and life happens, and that my vehicle was not an emergency, or broke down. I was just dumbfounded that they didn't reach out to me in any way! I told the person I spoke to on the phone that I was on my way to retrieve my vehicle. When we got there I went in and spoke with a lady about getting my vehicle. I expressed my disappointment, frustration, and confusion. I did lose my cool and used profanity at the very end of our conversation. I had apologized for my attitude and said may I have my keys please. She agreed with my frustration and then told me my vehicle was being pulled up for me. That's when I freaked out, why in the world would you have to get in my vehicle, adjust settings for YOUR COMFORT, and roll down the windows and move the mirror, just to move the f***ing vehicle literally like a parking space! I just couldn't believe you can't do the service when agreed on, not contact me in any manner saying, Hey we are keeping YOUR vehicle longer, and then act like you are doing me some kind of favor by moving it! Get the f**k out of my vehicle. Needless to say, we did not get anything done to our vehicle at this location, but we did waste time, and effort. Thanks for nothing but frustration! So when the transmission started bumping between 1st and 2nd, I took it to Olathe Transmission for an opinion. They told me they could rebuild it and would guarantee the repair. I was torn about whether to put more money into a 17-year-old vehicle, but my affection for the car won the day. Less than a week later, it was repaired. The transmission shifts like it was brand new. With just over 200K miles, I figure it's good for at least another 150K, so I'll probably be gone before it is. This was not my first visit to Olathe Transmission. Several years ago, they recommended against trying to repair the transmission of a Civic, which had a chronic problem. They suggested I live with it, which I did, and it lasted a long time. Bottom line is: the folks at OTS can be trusted. Thanks, OTS, for enabling me to continue to enjoy driving my Lincoln.

Imagine bringing your car into them for an oil change. Your out of your car for the entire day just for an oil change. Thats crazy. My car was dropped off at 8:30am. What was said that they would get my brakes checked and then inform me of cost quickly so that parts can be ordered and the car worked on didnt happen. 2pm comes around and i receive nothing. I then called them and finally the ball started to roll. Soon after, my brake change is a 3,000 bill if i proceed. I am not complaining because of the high quote. I am complaining now cause i lost pretty much the entire day waiting on a brake inspection only to find a high cost and still, no new brakes. I ended up taking my car that same day to another shop. They replaced my brakes along with my rotors for 900 bucks less than what this place quoted me. I then started thinking about my other experiences i have had with this establishment. I realized that this is a place where they will always try to upsell other items, services to you. You dont really leave there with what you originally came in for. Your going to pay for other "recommended" items somehow, someway. Moral of this review? They are not efficient they take forever and they are very pricey.

I told her I would go to lawrence and see if I could get it fixed. on the way out of town, I stopped into "Castrol" as they had fixed tires for me in the past and I take advantge of their, "bring your own" oil change special! I drove in and showed them the tire, the guy grabbed it, disappeared into a shed, 5 minutes later he emerged with the tire having replaced the vale stem and repaired the leak!
