The car was ready to go within a few hours and I was able to make my next stop in time. The staff were friendly and direct, costs were reasonable. I actually feel lucky that they were nearby when my brakes became too ineffective from wear.

I said that I would have to stay with the car and she said no problem. I got there Thursday before eight in the morning and was told that I would have to leave the car, that they had a line that spanned days. I was taken by surprise and felt pressured that I must have missed something. Turns out for someone who can drop off their car and don't need it the same day they have a fine turnaround. If you have a fancy car that needs rare parts, it seams they are good at that. But for someone who needs new breaks while they are there, they don't have the mechanics to be able to take care of them. They are really nice people, definitely a family business feel about the shop. I hung out for almost two hours hoping they would get my car in early or just take a look to tell me what I definitely needed but still nothing. Realization that they wouldn't be able to do anything the same day and the fact that I couldn't get a ride led to me leaving without getting the service my car desperately needed. I ended up going to Grays auto in St. Mary's and they did the diagnostic appointment on Friday and then told me to come back Monday for new breaks and rotors. When I got there Monday, they told me an hour and a half wait they got me back in my car in an hour and twenty with pleasantness all round. I'm sorry I feel like I might have miss understood or had a miscommunication along the phone calls and yelp reviews and I hope this place thrives, I just wanted to share my experience. I struggle with communication and this was an ordeal for me. I will probably not be coming back here because of my need to stay with my car. I hope my rambling helps someone.

Both an employee and the manager rode with me and acknowledged that the car was pulling, but the next day they walked that back and claimed it was just following the road. I was also told twice that the problem had been fixed when it had not been. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.

We had the sensors but could not get the old ones off. They replaced the old sensors and made sure there were no other problems. GREAT service and even better pricing!! We left with more damage than we arrived with an O2 sensor that had been chewed through and a hole in the airbag suspension line. The vehicle had no codes related to the O2 sensor before this visit and was in stable condition when it left our home. When we raised these concerns, they refused to take responsibility or even consider that the damage may have occurred on their property. Instead of making it right, we had to pay to have the vehicle towed elsewhere, where it was properly repaired at a much more reasonable price. To make matters worse, their pricing was significantly higher than other locations, to the point that our warranty didn't even cover the full bill. As a business owner myself, I believe in standing behind your work and taking care of customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would strongly caution others before choosing this place. Our experience left us with more problems than we started with.

The 1st place I was not impressed with and they wouldn't even give me an estimate for my windshield. They gave me another number to call because they do not fix cracks-I explained I'm not sure if I need a new windshield but she insisted I call the number she gave me. When I walked in to Jayhawk I was greeted right away and told the guy I needed an estimate for my windshield, which he did w/out any hesitation. He told me he could get me in the next day but I had to be sure I could have it done financially first. I did stop at 1 more places which was a lot more. I ended up going with Jayhawk, they had the best price and best friendly service, I highly recommend them, I dropped my car off in the morning and had it back by 3:30. I'm very satisfied with their service.
