They said they looked at it for a little bit and ordered a few parts that they may arrive the following day. They said they were going to put the parts on "to see what that would do". When asked if replacing parts without authorization or without knowing the cause of the problem was standard practice they had no answer. Told them I was coming to pick up my car and I would take it elsewhere. When I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes because they had to jump the car. Drove the car home and it hasn't started since. Wasn't a problem before. Had to tow the car to the next repair shop. Charged $40 for the "repair".

The first time I went to them was for an underbody coating for my Lexus. Service seemed ok until I…read moredid my oil change and noticed the underbody coating overspray all over the engine. I thought it was an oil leak until I wiped it down. They didn't bother to tape up areas that didn't need the undercoating. I recently took my truck to get an alignment there. I explained the front wheels with a positive camber setting and asked for them to correct it. They called me twice and I explained that was what I wanted corrected along with the toe settings. I pick up the truck and the camber settings weren't corrected and was advised some trucks can't be adjusted. Mind you, I just replaced the front and rear shocks on the truck myself the prior week so I know where the camber adjustments are. I drove the truck for two days and called them back and explained the issue wasn't resolved and explained that just because the settings show green and within the tolerances, doesn't mean it's ok. Seems they entered in alignment data close enough to where the tolerances would be green just to finish the job early and still get the flat rate. They didn't seem to want to correct the camber so I just said thank you and I will find someone else to fix the problem. Nice job guys! I won't be returning for further services nor will I be recommending your services to others.

Main issue is I was not told before hand that if it was not covered under warranty I would be charged over 200$ for a diagnostic. This is something I would think is extremely important to cover before performing the service.Especially when the customer specifically asks if the service would be covered under the warranty.
