Had to get my vehicle towed to the shop for a timing chain issue. After checking my car, they were honest about the cost of work vs. the value of the vehicle, rather than charge me $1,000's like some other shops might have done. Bill's auto diagnosed my car's problem but sent to Romeo Ford to see if my car warranty still covered the repair. It did, by a few 100 miles. Bill's gave up $700 to save ME $700. Romeo wanted to diagnose the problem themselves but diagnosed same as Bill's already did. Thanks, Bill's, for your good will and expertise. I moved up to Tillson in 2017. I needed to find a good reliable mechanic. My neighbor Lynn recommended I go to Bills. They did a very good job on my parents Subaru. It needed new exhaust from the front to back. They brought me in and showed me they replaced everything from the front all the way to the middle to catalytic converter . They explained that it didn't really need replacement passed the catalytic converter down to the muffler. So that was good other shops might have just done it without Informing me of that fact They also did a good job on my mercury it needed the little box switching between heat and air-conditioning. They had to take out the entire dashboard. They did a good job for a a f air price. In 2018 October I located a beautiful like new grand Marquis 2008. They gave me some advice on what to look for before I went to see it. It was like new. All it has needed since then was a tail light bulb for $5 along with a thermostat. My 1996 Ford Ranger broke down near Bill's location, and after reading the other reviews, I had Bill's tow my truck to their service department. The accelerator cable had broken (yeah, terrifying, but that's another story). Unable to find the part through usual means, Bill's had me source a part on eBay. We coordinated largely by email which was super helpful during the attempted part sourcing. In the end, that cable did not fit, and they were able to find a work around. It was going to be hard to lose this truck over a $150 repair, so I am delighted that Bill's mechanics were able to fix my old lady and confirm that she's got more miles on her. :-) read more

I feel so blessed to have found Bills when my wife and I moved to Rosendale. They are honest and trustworthy. Once I asked a mechanic to do a modification to my car. Bills in rosendale on rt 32 is THE BEST. went and got an inspection done and it passed (when the mechanic i usually go to told me i needed 4 brand new tires) WHEN I JUST BOUGHT NEW TIRES 2 weeks prior to the inspection ! was in and out in 20 minutes even with it being as busy as it was on a monday! the staff were all super friendly and the prices are awesome! im deff going to be going there from now on they don't try and scam people like most places do! Bill is a quite man but he knows whats up. They are wonderful, hard working, speedy, and committed people. They stand by their work and don't take short cuts. Once I had an issue with something the fixed a year before and they repaired it for free because it should not have failed. My family had used them ever since I can remember. No appointment necessary but you can call ahead. If they are busy the will ask you to come back another day if they are real busy and its not a pressing issue but I have only had that happen once. Bill likes to have the lot clear on the weekends so you know that they will do everything possible to have your car done by friday. You know its good when the State Police get there cars serviced there. The waiting room is obviously maintained by men but it is comfortable, the news is always on(unless a kid is there then its spongebob), and there are is reading material. No internet but you don't even have enough time to need it. read more
