The guy jumped down his throat and ensured him he would never take anyone out to his spots because they will come back and take all of the mushrooms. I don't share my spots, either, but when you are a business owner, one would expect you to treat your paying customers with a little more kindness. I have a wonderful experience with other "mushroom people", both from a business aspect, as well as casually. We share in this unique love for the hunt, harvest, and use of mushrooms. This guy doesn't fit the bill and seems like a selfish child who doesn't want to share his toys.

I slash my food bill by half with this store alone. Some of the products we enjoy more than their more popular counterparts. Most everything we bought at the other grocery stores, we can find here. For less. If your not familiar with Aldi, bring a quarter with you to lease a shopping cart. It sounds silly, but, we as a society are so cheap that we'll return the cart just to get the quarterback. This location NEVER has idle shopping carts roaming around the parking lot, ramming into your car. Pretty smart. The ambiance is just as great as the more popular chains. You need to bring your own bags/boxes or purchase them for a small pittance. Personally, I think it's silly, but it contributes to the company saving and hopefully passing it along to its customers! 11/23

Lady at the counter was friendly and they had a ton of options to choose from on the menu. However no macaroons like pictured in the reviews, and even more upsetting was half the toppings I wanted weren't available. Including the tapioca pearls which, are pretty much the whole point of getting bubble tea! Settled for a couple other toppings instead and figured I would give something new a shot. At the end, definitely extremely disappointed with the bubble tea itself. Not only do you not get one of those cups with the plastic sealed top to satisfyingly or frustratingly pop with your straw, but they also provide you with a normal soda straw that isn't big enough to suck any of the boba toppings up with! Definitely a lot of room to improve here with the boba experience, which would be okay if they didn't so explicitly advertise it everywhere with huge boba signs all over the place. I feel bad for the low rating, but unfortunately based on the product itself, I would have to give it two stars. But don't get me wrong, restore was nice and clean, the menu has a lot of option for flavors, and the staff was friendly. So for those reasons, bumping it up to three stars.

What greeted us was the most delightful case of pastries and loaves of breads. This is a bakery with no seating. Looks to be a large operation that might deliver breads and baked goods locally. There is a bread case, a pastry case, and lots of merch. A very patient young lady was working the counter on the morning we stopped. It took me a while to decide because I wanted one of everything, but had no business doing that! She patiently and quietly waited. Finally, I settled on a ham and cheese croissant and a cherry and white chocolate scone. My husband had a raspberry danish. I did get a drip coffee in the end. The ham and cheese croissant was crisp and flaky with the perfect balance of hame and gruyere. I have not had a scone this good. Ever. Not even in Ireland! If you "do not like scones," these are worth the try! We snacked on the pastries in the car so along with Lake Michigan sand, my car now has lots of flakes of our delicious pastries. Like sand, it's impossible not to leave remnants of the goodness behind. Tip: if you are not local, buy more than you need!! I wish I had.
