The property itself appears to be well-maintained, with a friendly and professional office staff as well as prompt maintenance workers. The property also has a nice swimming pool, a small but clean fitness center, and a laundry room. Aviare Place is pet-friendly, and many residents can be seen walking their dogs around the property. Parking can be crowded, especially after normal working hours, but there is always a spot available during my stay. Overall, I felt safe and at home during my residency here. I leased a 1-bedroom with laundry hook-ups and it was spacious for a single person like myself. Some of the amenities include a large walk-in closet, a bathroom area with separate bath and toilet area, a porch with external storage, refrigerator, electric stove, and a full-sized dishwasher. The front area has wooden flooring but the bedroom area has carpeting. The HVAC units are central, and well-maintained with regular filter replacements. My unit did not have a fireplace although some of them do. In sum, I really enjoyed my short stay at Aviare Place and recommend this apartment complex. The property is in a suitable location, safe, well-maintained, have ample amenities, and managed by wonderful office and maintenance staff.

That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.

On Thursday July 30th, I got a bill via email with move out charges. Over the weekend, I sent an email disputing the less than $100 charges. The following Monday on August 3rd, I received a phone call from management explaining charges that I disputed via email over the weekend. I disagreed with charges and I stated that I disagreed. During the conversation management called me passive aggressive. I informed her that another person was listening to this phone conversation. I asked how to pay and ended the phone conversation. On the evening of August 3rd, I checked my email. I had an email timestamp around 1pm from Andalucia explaining how this outstanding balance might effect renewal! This email was unnecessary. Cypress Pointe management contacted Andalucia Villas -- my new residence over $100 move out charges that I disagreed with but asked how to pay? I pay my bills. If the Cypress Pointe Manager looked back at 8 years of records--- I paid rent monthly without an outstanding balance. Why Andalucia Villas felt the need to email me thinking I wouldn't pay Cypress is still a mystery to me. I can only wonder what other unkind things the Cypress Manager could've said. This situation was over a move out charges totaling less than $100. I had access to the charges for 3 businesses days. Yes I disagreed. The matter in which the Cypress Pointe Manager conducted herself was beyond ridiculous. It is always okay for a resident to disagree with move out charges. A manager should act professional at all times. A manager calling a Weidner resident or former resident passive aggressive is simply unprofessional. New residents and old residents, I could go on about multiple former maintenance situations at Cypress Pointe. But just be aware apartments are always out for $$ when you move out no matter how clean you leave your apartment residence.
