The owner/operator of this company was crazy. He had no idea what he was doing. He missed many…read moreareas; the bottom of the toilet was not touched, and nothing in the bathroom above eye level had been dusted. Even many of the shelves at eye level had not been touched. Soap scum or some kind of film was left behind in my shower. His old dirty-looking mops left a film all over my tile floor. When I brought this up, he acted irritated and took it out on his employees, accusing them of not "wringing the mops out enough," when that wasn't the issue. The mops were visibly old and dirty. In addition, he left one of the mops propped up against my wall on my wood floor, and the water soaked into the wood, causing damage. He also placed his bucket of cleaning chemicals on my bed while he was cleaning, dripping bleach on my comforter. When I complained about this, his response was, "It's just a comforter," as if the spots of bleach didn't ruin it. Oh, and the chemicals he used were very strong. He used a purple acid cleaner that burned my nose and a super strong bleach that he bragged about being a commercial bleach stronger than what you can find in the store. I can't prove it, but I think he stole some of my pain medication that I kept in my bathroom. His employees didn't clean the bathrooms, so I don't think it was either of them. I would stay far away from this guy and his company.
