On my way home, he called me and said there was a mix up somehow, and my mower did not have a bent shaft, and the tune up and new cord would cost $130. Who does something like this? I was satisfied with the "new" mower and never would have known a thing. He could have easily kept the $280. A refreshing dose of integrity and honesty that is rare these days.
