The vehicles are clean, very comfortable and well maintained; I arrive in a timely manner and safe. When making my reservations, time is built in for traffic and we take the safest, most direct route. Drivers arrive dressed in professional attire; are kind and sincere. I found Bill's after another car service refused to take me to Boston Logan! Since that time they have been my go to car service. During one especially sad instance, we even drove to a Military funeral in Arlington National Cemetery -- my driver could not have been safer, more attentive and compassionate. He rested during the repast when we had time to share memories and offer condolences. Horrible service from this company driver was very unprofesional got us to new jersey a 1 hr late which the yatch was paid for and we lost a hr of the yatch because the driver decided to take the wrong exit horrible driving was braking so much that we all were spilling are drinks on our outfits .not only that these people left 23 of us stranded in nj claiming we broke a seat which was a lie he just dint want to deal with us and ripped the seat himself from what it was suppose to be a fun day ended up in a nightmare we had to find a ride for 23 people when we had paid roundtrip for there service and then they decided to let us know right when we leave the yatch will never book with these people in my life. read more

We were very impressed with how easy the process of booking was and that we were able to make adjustments a few weeks prior to our wedding. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. On my wedding day, I got black grease marks all over my wedding dress from the limo. There was zero apology from the driver and when I later called Kenya to complain she was gaslighting and guilt tripping me. She started the conversation with "Tell me what you THINK happened." And continued to guilt trip me by saying the driver provided good service because he took my bags into the wedding venue which had nothing to do with the problem. She was very rude, denied it, and blamed my dad's car which I was nowhere near. The driver was yelling in the background on the phone. While I was scrubbing my dress my friend went and wiped the car with a rag that turned out all black so I know it was the limo that got my dress so dirty. This was a huge problem on my wedding day and I hope that other brides can avoid such a horrible experience with people who have no customer service skills. read more

Bills limo picked up neighbors guests today. Completely blocked my driveway. After 15 minutes I went and asked him to move the limo back in front of my house opening up my driveway. He started to argue with me. I insisted he move the limo. Thought limo drivers would know not to block driveways. As I walked back to my house he started yelling things at me. Like "What goes around comes around". He continued yelling things at me all the way to my door. I consider that a threat. He ended up waiting 35 minutes out there. Very disrespectful. If this is the quality of drivers Bills Limo uses I would never use them. read more

My limo service for my wedding to transport myself and my bridal party to my wedding was late. I had a 2:40 PM pickup scheduled. At 2:45 PM I called the office asking where my driver was. My driver said she was there when there definitely was no one outside of my hotel. A couple minutes later she pulled up. I talked with Kenya regarding my complaint where I was told per their GPS tracking that she had arrived at 2:44 PM. There was absolutely no one there at 2:44 PM, especially since I had called at 2:45 PM - how does that make sense? Then Kenya told me "it's a new hotel she got lost" and that she was "only 4 minutes late." I thought this was a pathetic excuse. If they didn't know where they were going then leave earlier. That is not an excuse to show up late. I had still given my driver a cash tip, although I really hesitated not too, because I still felt like we should tip a service at least a little bit. I was told that "if you didn't like the service then you shouldn't have left a tip." Again, another excuse and I felt this was being held against me. There were a few other excuses: "you actually got a good deal on the price for your service". I was so shocked at the amount of excuses they were giving me as if I was in the wrong. I was late for my WEDDING. Everything got pushed back. I felt dismissed and that since I had left a tip everything was OK. Everyone at Bills was very friendly and nice, however I unfortunately will not recommend to anyone. read more

They provided the wedding transportation for our daughter's wedding this past Saturday July 27, 2019 and far exceeded my expectations. They arrived early and provided the utmost in service to our daughter, son-in-law and their entire wedding party! The party bus fit the entire 24 person wedding party comfortably. The wedding venue and the church were a 50 minute ride from one another and everyone was so pleased with the driver, his driving skills and his ability to keep to the time schedule. We can't thank this company enough, and had the most wonderful experience! It was completely down pouring on our wedding day on top of the added stress on a normal wedding day. Sal made us feel so comfort us about our day. From holding an umbrella for each individual guest, his mannerisms made everyone feel at ease. He walked each bridesmaid from a location to the ceremony so that their hair and makeup wouldn't get ruined. He even as far as perfecting the brides train when it was her turn to walk down the aisle. Our wedding party is still talking about how outstanding he was and how much he catered to each person so they had the best experience.
