Went for a Birthday party and had to deal with the worst staff ever. A Assistant manager Chloe insulted me and then threaten me if I continued to defend myself because she said I was being rude. I never even spoke to the lady and just walked in and she pointed fingers at me while I walked into the place with my daughter. I walked up to her and asked her what happened and she said I am acting privliaged. I was not sure what she meant. She then continued yelling thing at me when I walked away and then told my friend if she didn't get control of me that they would have to kick all of us out and we were all surprised by her behavior. We just walked into Billiebeez and realized it was unorganized and we asked her she might be confused of another person and explained to her I just walked in. She then put her fingers in my face and yelled at me and I was shocked. She later came to us 2 hours later and acted like nothing happened and said she was leaving for the night and rolled her eyes at us in the party room and then kept telling us to not forget to tip our guys 25% percent. I have NO IDEA what type of management you have running this place but I will be seeking video and a lawsuit soon for the harassment with my witnesses. read more

Okay I totally love this place. I have been trying to find a place to take my very energetic 1 and 2 year olds. I came across this place on Yelp and thought I would give it a try. First when we got there it was pretty crowded and I thought maybe it wasn't such a good idea but it's actually big enough that the people are so spread out that u don't notice just how many people are in there. So for my husband, our two toddlers and myself it was about $37. They did mention that the prices due go up during the spring and summer time, so if you want to go back a few times I do recommend that u buy the ten passes for $95. What I really liked about this place was that the slide and tubes are big enough for the adults to go thru. I was even able to slide down with both my toddlers on my lap. I will say that the slides do go pretty fast so hold on. Also it can get pretty hot but if you put your finger on the sensors it will trigger the cool air to come out of these tubes that they have installed in different areas around the play area. Also don't forget socks, they are required but if you don't have any you can buy some there for about $3.00. I couldn't get my kids to sit down and eat so I didn't try the food there sorry I don't have a review on that. If you want to use a locker just remember to bring your own lock, there is an area where you can leave your shoes so no need for a locker if that's all I have on you. read more

I had a horrible experience. I was overcharged $50. When I called to get a refund I was promised my case would be looked at, after almost 2 months I still have not been given my refund. Was a little put off about the "you must buy Billy Beez socks" policy. And also, I am greatly miffed that I bought a package before the pandemic hit and they have no record of that. I asked and was told they don't keep track. So... you just take my word for it? Or, I guess, you don't. Last thing is this; if you're hoping for the mask policy to be enforced, don't. A lot of the kids don't keep masks on, which I expected. But also, quite a few adults didn't either. And nobody was checking. I have to pay for a pair of special socks so kids don't slip but you're okay with a potentially deadly virus getting passed around. Having said all that, my kid loves this place. I probably won't go back until after the idiotic plague is over but when I do I'll buy another pack of visits. We used to love this place. We bought a 10x pass even. Havent been for a while and came today. Its really run down and dirty compared to how it used to be. Need to fix lots of broken things. When you pay a premium including paying for every adult you expect better. There used to be a guy constantly going around cleaning he even cleaned up in the top and the rainbow slides. We got there right when they opened today and was lots of dirt and hair and crumbs on the floor. And sticky stuff spilled all over one of the benches. The foam mats are all yucky and need replaced. We still have a few visits left and not looking forward to going back. I hope they start cleaning better. It used to be a great place. If its not cleaner next time we wont be going here anymore. In my mind, there was more to do. It's ok. Tons of slides, that maybe too scary for toddlers. And you have to watch peoples bad ass kids. I highly recommend parents go IN the contraptions with your kids. I had someones monster almost bring out the "Big Momma" in me acting like an attention starved ass kid , throwing balls at me and I'm dead trying to ignore him. Meanwhile Mom was in outer space standing not far. And I'm loud as hell yelling someone better get their kid. I could only imagine if I let my youngin go into the obstacles solo. Went for a neices birthday. The staff was completely unattentive and when it was brought to their attention that we had no air conditioning in a room full of people and that we were not provided items to cut our birthday cake, they were snotty and rude and seemed annoyed they were asked to do...you know.. their jobs. Our drink pitchers were never refilled and we were left with only kool-aid, which no one enjoyed after the ice melted(no ac in the room) I should NOTE that it took them an hour to bring us drinks and that the room was not ready for their scheduled party- they lost the reservation and put the cake in the freezer thinking the party was on Wednesday- even admitted they were gonna throw the cake away thinking it was abandoned due to their scheduling mistake . After not checking on the party room for an hour and taking forever to provide a way to cut the cake ( the staff was hiding and not able to be sought out by the parents, even the front was unattended.) God forbid any kids ran out the door into the parking lot or with a stranger.... they tried to kick us out at the scheduled time, despite taking forever to get us a knife to cut the cake making it impossible to leave on time. The birthday girl didn't even get to open her presents. I would not recommend this place to celebrate your child's birthday. The staff makes it not enjoyable, esp if you happen to be the last time slot for the parties. Oh, also their bathrooms had broken sinks, toilets and soap dispensers, that were empty so no one could properly wash their hands. This place has really gone down hill. I first started bringing my kids in 2016 and everything was clean and nothing was broken. Water fountains don't work, probably so people can buy drinks inside. Restrooms are always dirty with paper on the floor. I had bought the 10 pack back in 2021 when everything had just opened back up. Back then I was able to use the 10 pack card for both of my kids and now I'm only able to use it once per kid which I think is ridiculous. After my visits are done I won't be coming back. read more

Today was the first time my kids have ever been here. We came to celebrate my daughters birthday. The kids all had a good time and there is plenty to keep them entertained and burn some energy, but the staff is horrible at least some. The women all had nasty attitudes. One of them wasn't too bad, attitude in the beginning but nice at the end. Two of them were just down right miserable and they show it and make everyone else pay with their dark cloud hovering above them, and nasty looks and attitude. The guys working there, every single one of them were friendly, had a smile on their face, and helpful. The girls need to go. Maybe not the one with red hair but the other two do not need to be in a kiddie place being that miserable. Pffft...gonna scare everyone off with their face before they ever get inside. read more

Spent 5 hours here and loved it. I went on a friday at 3pm and the place was empty. We practically had the whole place to ourselves. It was awesome. What I am most impressed with is the cleanliness of this place. I saw multiple staff members DEEP cleaning the equipment several times while I was there. My white socks were still white when I left home.. The food they serve is Very very fair priced. Not so tasty lol but it got the job done. I also loved that I was aloud to play in the tubes and slides. This made for a great playdate with my kids. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Play area is super cool! Large and ton of fun for kids! Food and service at the food bar is horrible! Everything was under cooked, cold and pretzel was frozen. Bar is ran by a bunch of kids that have no clue and seem to be in over their heads... which I don't understand as the menu only has 4 items. Pizza is $21.99 and horrible!! Wish there was an option to play by the hour, I have a tot and is done playing in less then an hour. And since I'm running around with him I'm usually done with in the hour as well..lol one main thing I have to be after him is because there isn't staff inside the play area walking around and supervising and making sure bnb older kids 10+ aren't running around playing tag and most of the time not caring if they bump into little ones hard. 1st time I went with my husband it was $27. Thought it was abit over priced for the time we were there (top 1hr, cuz my little one is small and gets tired) The bathrooms were gross..floor was wet, no paper towels. 2nd visit today.. just me and my little 2yr old 19bucks. We were there less than an hour.. although u have the option to re-enter in the same day due to his age it's just not worth it, but if u have older kids that can play longer night be worth it but then the price is higher for older kids Pros Play area seems clean.. Absolutely horrible customer service. I saw two employees ignore and then escort a mother and her 3 small children to the door and proceeded to shut the door on their face, simply because they had already closed their registers. The facility has a disclaimer that they stop accepting admissions an hour before closing but these women were clearly tired, unmotivated to work and wanted to close even earlier. They left this mother struggling to understand why they were being so rude to her and her autistic child who couldn't understand why they were being turned away especially when they were there more than an hour before closing. We were turned away also, but it's absolute gut wrenching to watch these employees lack understanding of children with disabilities and the struggle a mother goes through to calm an upset child. read more

BIRTHDAY PARTIES BEWARE... I would give 1000 NEGATIVE STARS. I took my daughter for her bday this year. They made us pay upfront. So I paid and waited...and waited...and come time for our party time the room in the back was still throwing a party. The staff never told them to clean up on time for the next party. So 40 minutes later they finally leave and they clean up. Mind you, my party was only 2 hours that was scheduled. They didn't have utensils, plates, napkins and forgot our drinks. They gave us cold pizza and a dirty room. The room had no AC so it was hot in February. Then they kicked us out at the time I was suppose to leave so we only got an hour in the room even though we paid for 2 hours. I was pissed. I asked for a refund and they told me I'd have to contact corporate. So I did and they wouldn't respond to me. So I disputed through my bank and they told my bank I got the full time which was a LIE!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. If you don't want to waste money, plan your party somewhere else that actually makes the child have a nice party. Loved all the slides! Best for big kids. My 4 year old only felt comfortable on the rainbow slides. All the others are extremely fast We had a great time there. I'm only rating 3 starts because the bathrooms were pretty nasty, so grab those shoes and bring some bathroom spray. It's pretty poopy. Also, I made my son keep his gloves on and thankfully he did not get sick. But my husband, who was playing with him did. Now our house has a pretty bad flu. Second time this has happened in a play area (first time was NOT this location!) Fun place, but be ready and know the risks. My kids love Billy Beez ! A lot of fun and a great workout since they are climbing and running around . They are CLEAN and I love that you can leave (for lunch/dinner or maybe Menchies ) and come back. They allow IN n OUTs. MUCH better than Chukee Cheese, no video games and not stinky. First time back since Covid. Place is rundown and dirty. $18 a kid to get in and super grungy. Bathrooms are gross and smell. Areas under play space that should be closed off are not sealed. One of my kids leaned back and fell into an area that should be sealed off. New rule for Covid were no reentry but also no real food to buy and no food allowed in so can't really spend the day since you can't feed your kids much. Really expensive for what it is now. I took my 19 month old here for the first time for a Mommy & Me day. I cannot explain to you how important this day was to us, we are never able to get out and do anything! First of all, Ernie was so nice and amazing with my little boy. He didn't get mad when my son grabbed the desk phone and even let him play with the bar code scanner when he went for it as we were trying to leave. Ernie also set a rewards card up for us and explained the rules. He wasn't in a rush and seemed happy to be there and help us. You can tell he loves kids as well as his job. Overly priced & not clean. Padding for their toddler section was discolored. Padding was also not securely placed on the floor exposing their concrete in the toddler area. Apparently not. While waiting in line my 7 year old daughter had to use the restroom. I kindly asked this fat employee by the name of Nick, if my daughter could use the restroom while we waited in line to pay and enter. Keep in mind the restroom is literally 5 feet from the door. The play area is extensive and my kids do enjoy spending time here. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. The staff is rude and the people running the cafe appear to be lazy and incompetent. Every time we order something at the cafe, there is an issue. They are always out of food. After my daughter asked for a refund when she ordered and paid for an item that they did not have, the employee attempted to convince her to order something else. After she politely asked for a refund, we were told they needed permission. I attempted to speak to a manager and asked her why we would be charged for something they do not have. The manager, Misty, was rude and unprofessional. I had to wait much longer than seems reasonable for a resolution. Additionally, the employee that placed the order began to raise her voice at me. My kids and I love this place. Perfect place to get their energy out , and the kids can't leave without the parents which is really nice and safe. The place is very clean and I always see someone going around wiping things down. They're pretty strict which is good for the little brats who think they run the place and can't follow rules. I love coming here because my daughter enjoys it. However, waiting FOURTY minutes PAST opening time because the woman who opened that day needed her venti Starbucks before she came to work.. irritated tf out of me. She made another (gentlemen) employee wait on her too. SO unprofessional. Then when I asked her what time they opened & that I had thought it was @10:30, she was very rude & disrespectful with a horrible attitude. As if she wasn't the one that showed up 40 minutes late. There were at least 7 of us waiting for that long. Ridiculous. Also - eat before you go. The food is very expensive, takes forever and is not good at all. School lunch food for high end restaurant prices. Lastly, the floor mats in the kids area were DISGUSTING when we went.. I wasn't even comfortable letting my youngest crawl or be on the floor. My daughter enjoyed playing here but after taking her to many similar places, I was unhappy to find out they charged for parents even when parents don't play. Now normally I would be playing with her but I'm 9 months pregnant and can't maneuver through so I couldn't do anything but watch from the ground so begging charged to okay even though I couldn't had me irritated. There is a lot to play on so my daughter had fun and I like that they won't let anyone out without checking their wrists to ensure they are in the same party you came in with. Between what I've witnessed and the drop in attendance I can say the management and the employees seem to be lacking in any kind of customer satisfaction. They want to leave at 9 pm on the dot per one employee and shut down everything they can. Including restrooms and moving tables right in front of paying customers. If the place closes at 9 pm shouldn't the paying attendees be allowed to use the facilities until then? Also say a little boy is there with his Dad and both the Men's and Family restrooms are closed, where would they go. Employee states they need to start closing them early so they can leave on time....I don't understand this if the working hours are still open! Possibly causing an accident to a toddler, not an issue they would like to face. On a few occasions I have seen (mangers, employees) ready to walk out with the last group at 9 pm. Something off about this. When employees start arguing with customers about being able to use the restroom before the location is closed, not good business. I understand management must abide by particular rules but not make up any on their own either and provide a welcoming attitude twords all customers Looking for a productive way to figure this out. There are other places a child can have fun at.
