What a fun time out with the family. Pulled in the parking lot with no problem, plenty of spaces. Grabbed a lane at the counter, picked the bowling bowls and started rolling. Beverages, beer and cocktails located at the window. Food available at the restaurant. The lanes are on a timer so get in as many games as you can. Only drawback is the guardrails cannot be set per player, it's everyone play with rails or no one. Other than that, fun times. read more

This bowling alley brought a new hobby to my family to do together with everyone in all ages. I just absolutely love coming here and it's been so much fun coming with my parents and kids for a new family tradition. In Palm Springs where we live, there are ZERO clean and welcoming bowling alleys but we found this one and everytime we visit my parents, make it a priority to have a bowling night! The lanes are clean, well maintained, the food is good, the staff is excellent and attentive! One of the staff members, Tiana, is exceptional and always makes our experience the best! She is so sweet and hardworking and never complains. We have seen her juggle the bar (due to someone calling out sick) and manage the lanes while keeping a cool and calm demeanor and still caring about everyone there bowling. I noticed right away because I managed several large companies for years and she stuck out as someone that you rarely see anymore. My family and I really appreciate her and the staff here at the lanes and will continue coming for years to come! read more

This was by far THEE BEST time I have EVER had bowling!!!! The guy serving us tonight 8/16/25 @8-10pm was THEE BEST!!!! They don't pay him nearly enough! He was so short staffed but still took the time to make me feel special for my birthday and tend to everyone in need!!! I booked the VIP room and that just how I felt!!!! Been coming to this bowling alley for years! Love the deals, free summer bowling for kids, neon music and lights on the weekends etc. I suggest coming and playing games for groups, families, adults, kids, dates etc. Rent shoes and use their bowling balls to play the games. You can put your names on the computer and play to your hearts content. Fun, upbeat music playing, and bumpers available for the kids. They have a Lily's cafe to eat at, a full bar that's open all the time, lockers, a little arcade with games and vending machines. You can bring outside food, they have a bowling league there often. Me and my family went bowling here today. We registered for a lane on-line just to make sure it would be available when we got there. But it wasn't necessary on Tuesday during the day. The bowling alley was clean and the staff was friendly. They had a good variety of balls that worked for my small daughter all the way up to us adults. For $40 we got one lane for 90 minutes which included 5 players. Shoes are $5 each. 90 minutes was plenty of time for us to play a game and a half even with us going slowly with the kids. We needed some help a few times when we added the bumpers, my son's ball got stuck, and my daughter had to change shoes since hers were too big. Every time someone came over to help us right away. It was also nice that they had a few kids ramps easily available to use when needed. All in all we had a nice experience. If I need to go bowling in the area I would go there again! read more

I called Valencia lanes on a Monday and asked if i would be able to get a lane the next day at 11 the guy said yes no problem! He said he would release the times for online reservations- he didn't so I called back again on Tuesday and the manager said they had a travel league but no problem i can get a lane at noon. I get there (maybe an hour later) and a sign on the door says nothing available til 1! So i ask the girl at the front if I can get a lane at noon and she calls the manager and says maybe 12 or 12:30 they aren't sure but so rude! What a waste of time!! Heading to Santa Clarita Lanes where they are nice and if they say they have lanes available ... they do! ** in reply to the owners message! I could have been told on Monday about the travel league coming in. I am sure that you were aware of that schedule 24 hours prior. Also when I called Tuesday morning the manager assured me I could get a lane at noon. When I got there the woman at the counter was incredibly rude. After calling your manager she said maybe 12 or 12:30. I was on a time schedule so why would I wait around on a maybe .. especially after being told incorrect information on 2 different occasions. I don't expect your league schedule to be changed on a moments notice - I do expect when I call to get accurate information. read more

I usually never write reviews but this deserves one. Absolutely love the staff and environment here. I started bowling seriously around 5 months ago and they have been nothing but amazing. 6 stars. Great people, great prices, and an atmosphere full of hospitality. Santa Clarita lanes is closer to me but I do not mind at all spending the extra time driving to go to this house. I have met some great people through bowling here and made some great memories. They also recently added a pro shop which makes things that much better! Safe to say I will be coming here regularly as I already do to continue meeting great people and furthermore better my bowling game. read more

Would give 6 stars if I could. Came here as part of a family reunion with a party of 12. I booked 2 lanes online at 11 am on Sunday, which was the earliest option. We wanted earlier. So I called when they opened and the woman on the phone was super friendly and gladly moved our time to earlier. When we arrived, I believe the same woman was working the front desk and helped our somewhat frazzled party figure out all their shoe needs. Some folks hadn't bowled in a while so she agreed to let us practice a bit and then she'd reset the scores for us. She even put all our names into the digital scoring system for us! When we needed help getting the bumpers up for the kids, she was there in a heartbeat. The place was clean and organized. The provided balls seemed to have many options and be in good condition. When the kids got bored, they went to the small arcade and had a blast. Overall, one of the best bowling experiences I have had. Would definitely come back in the future. read more

We came here for our little cousin's 11th birthday! We were a big party and took over 3 lanes. We had a great time and ordered pizza, fries, fried zucchini and more. My favorite place to bowl in LA County. Yup, I said it! Let me say why, they are FRIENDLY, KIND, KID FRIENDLY, ADULT FRIENDLY, SPECIAL NEEDS FRIENDLY, TEEN FRIENDLY, LEAGUE FRIENDLY... have I made my point? I post when a business deserves it and this place does. The crew I usually see; Dani, Ricky, Lauren = the best!!!! They treat you like they've known you forever from the very first time they've met you. I feel like Norm, walking into Cheers! The reason I keep harping on how friendly they are is because most of the bowling alleys I've gone to in Santa Clarita are only about league. Very rude to non-league bowlers, never any open lanes for non-league bowlers, won't let your kid bowl with bumpers and a 6 pound ball unless they're four years old and my two year-old grandson can throw a football like a man and climb a Tree like a monkey, please he can put a ball on a plastic ramp an push. It's the parents that need the monitoring. Some bowling alleys should just say league only and I get it. But don't act like you're a friendly place for everyone if you're not. Valencia Lanes is the place to go. You can order food and have it delivered there you can order from Lily's café, which is attached to the alley. You can order alcohol from their bar that is also attached and open until 2am and has karaoke and Pool and the best bartenders and customers. This is not a paid review. This is someone that really appreciates a business that is there for the people and not a corporation or just for the money. PLEASE if you are planning to book a kids party with them, look for the bad reviews the company received. The place was hostile and it was witnessed by kids, my daughter who had a bday party over there. Had the best time, we arrived after 8 to do the neon bowling at 9. The bar was clean and fully stocked, we ordered beer, cocktails, and shots. Closer to 9 we arrived to our lanes and began bowling. Feeling some racist vibes here y'all. My son and I were very excited to try this place out. Santa Clarita lanes is closer but wanted something new. We went during an event (oops) no lanes. They told us to come back between 1:30-3. I asked if I could go ahead and reserve the lane now. I was told there would be no need, they would have plenty. We came back and guess what? No lanes available. It was said that there was this big rush they weren't expecting. When I asked why I couldn't have reserved it, even online, I was told I could have reserved it online, just not in person. Where was this information earlier? A sad kid left today. Mommas do what they do so he ended up enjoying another spot but soooo unfortunate. I calmly expressed that this was our first time and this does not make us want to come back. We had an enjoyable evening lots of fun. The employees were very helpful and courteous.

We were there for a party. Two of the employees were very rude. The woman told the party host "This is your warning. The next time you walk on the floor to get the ball, I will shut your lanes down and you're done". I mean, the message could have been said much nicer. She was super aggressive in her words and tone, and that was unnecessary. You would think she'd have warned us 10 times already. The balls kept getting stuck in the side lanes (happens when the balls aren't thrown with sufficient force, which I'm sure happens a lot when it's little girls who are bowling for the first time). The male employee was also rude in his delivery to tell us that we needed to come get him to remove the ball and we couldn't continue to bowl until the ball was removed. COOL. We didn't know that, thanks for the info, but again, it would have been nice to not be spoken to as rudely as we were. Other than that, we were happy. I would honestly give it a 3 1/2 but no half stars on Yelp folks. I bought a Groupon for two hours of bowling for four people including shoes. The cost alone makes it a really good deal so I took my family and a family friend and we went bowling on Friday afternoon. There were a lot of what I would guess to be league or something like league bowling because the bowling alley people kept calling out some type of bowling score winning over the loud (very loud) speaker. Most of the lanes were booked up but they put us in a lane that wasn't and we started playing. One of the cons is the balls are really, really worn and lots of chips in them, we settled on balls that would fit and started playing. After our first game we they put a ton of kids on both sides of us even though the other league bowlers were done and off the lanes. We were swarmed by kids that had no clue what they were doing and kept running across us when we were bowling. I'm not sure who put them there with us, but think about it next time....a dozen empty lanes...one lane bowling and then you put all these kids around us? We were bowling our second game and decided with all the kids it was time to leave. When we were taking the shoes back it was difficult to get someone to take them because they were busy calling our scores for the league or in back on the phone or running over to clear stuck balls with the lord of the flies kids that swarmed our lanes. I bought a second Groupon...I might return it though. It was okay, but not great. read more

Fun small family oriented bowling alley. It looks like they were recently renovated. The score keeping has been updated including the seating areas. Full bar but cash only. There is a restaurant connected to the alley which has a full menu selection. We had a great time here and will return. The only negative, you can't control the gutter rails per player, they are either up or down. read more

They will only give you lanes if they don't have any other customers because they are not making money off the Kids Bowl Free pass holders. Waste of money.
