Very disappointed with their customer service. Apparently they don't honer their 90 day return policy. They have lost a longtime customer. Update: l ended up returning them at the Enfield store with no problem. The rep in Manchester had told me they had to be in resell-able condition. I guess they resell defective items there.

Men's, women's , and the children's shoe section was lacking overall! However they have a ton of clothing with some really good deals. I noticed the sales prices on clothing were for men, women, and children. Some of the brands this store sells includes: Timbaland, Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Crocs, Jordan, Fila, Ralph Lauren POLO, Champion, Hunter Boots, Nickelodeon, True Religion, & so much more I can't remember! But there are a lot of high end brands that I didn't realize they even carried!
