Unfortunately, the shoes developed a manufacturing defect after only a week. I brought them back expecting an exchange for the same model. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility.
