This fabulous dentist has decided to leave Delta Insurance Network and all others. Patient pays up front for all services but his office will bill insurance for reimbursement to patient directly. His office said they will "work with you" on payment plan for major dental work. I am genuinely heartbroken at losing this fabulous dentist. I understand he has family responsibilities running am office, staff, equipment, overhead expenses...still. The low rating is only for his letter sent out to all his patients. The wealthy will continue. The rest of us who love his expertise and smile will miss him. read more

Been going to this dentist 15 years. All was wonderful. Went in they gave me an exray and exam. Then as I was leaving they say we no long bill insurance. They did not offer to help and it has been a nightmare navigating through the process. It would be nice of them to tell you before you sit in there chair but they wait till service is complete. I now am searching for a new dentist and sad at the way they ended there service. If you use insurance know before they dont take insurance anymore. read more

Dr. Liang and staff are top notch. I spent a good deal of time choosing a new dentist as my last one has since retired. I had a crown put on that most dentists would have pulled and it not only stayed in, but feels just like it belongs there. He takes his time to analyze the situation and explain your options instead of just doing what he wants. Had a tooth pulled yesterday from a very old crown that went bad. Dr. Liang explained everything and I had him take it out. He was very good at giving numbing injections, barely felt them. Then he had a huge challenge as that tooth just wasn't having it. He totally earned his pay with that one. Went home and next day was almost as though it never happened. I expected to have alot of discomfort but didn't. Dr. Liang is a master at his craft! I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. read more

Today was my first time here. I get major anxiety going to the dentist. I was referred to Dr Liang by Dr Tang- Endodontist, whom I love and trust with my life. (You can see my review for Dr Tang back in 2015 when I first met him.) Today was a checkup and cleaning. Hygienist used a type of instrument that sprays water to do the scaling and I learned that it cleans 50% off more than just with the hand tool. So that was good. Everything seems very high tech here. Dr Liang was very friendly and had many X-rays done to get a clear picture of what's going on with all my teeth. I seem to always feel pain during fillings at the dentist, especially my last dentist I was going to, which makes the experience very traumatizing, so I'm looking forward to seeing how my next appointment goes, since I will need some fillings. I'm pretty sure Dr Liang will be as gentle and precise and everyone says in his amazing reviews. I'll update on my next visit! Friendly dentist, hygienist, and staff. I've been going to them for over a decade and there's no one else I trust with my teeth. There's hygienist here for every type of person -- those who want a soft, gentle cleaning (my brother) and others who prefer more of a 'heavy hand' (myself). Communication with office is great. They care about your health and personhood first, and won't recommend services or products you don't really need. I've seen them during COVID, and they're cleaning practices are too notch. They've got an air purifier running 24/7, sanitizer, gloves, and a removable PPE clothing they switch off between patients. They're also not allowing any patient to spit due to the pandemic. I've been coming here since before Dr. Liang took over this practice. I'm guessing there aren't a lot of people who absolutely love coming to the dentist, but for me, I really can say I do. Dr. Liang is personable, always remembers me (and my parents, brother, and sister-in-law, who also have been coming here for two decades), and most impressively, is super on top of new technology. When I hear my friends and coworkers talk about going to the dentist, they always seem to remember the drills, the unfriendly office staff, and how their mom and grandma have been coming to their same ancient dentist for practically ever. Dr. Liang stays in-the-know about new methods and practices, and I appreciate that the few cavities I've had have been filled without drilling, thanks to his fancy laser water gadget thingamabob. Pain-free, for sure! My entire family sees Yvette as our hygienist; today, she made me cry... from laughing! She's great at reminding me to floss without harping about it. Lastly, the whole staff, office and hygienists, are incredibly helpful and friendly. I've always had great experiences here and will continue going for another two decades. read more

My last appointment was in October of 2021. I was coming in for my usual cleaning. Going to the dentist has always been a traumatic event for me. The only reason I go here, besides Dr. Liangs professionalism, is my Hygienist. She makes me feel very comfortable and safe. She is the one I spend most of my time seeing and aside when the doctor comes in to do my oral exam, she is the main reason I go there. She does an excellent job and I feel as if I make progress with my dental care. On my last visit in October, I was not notified prior to my visit that she had moved to another office. I was just ushered in to meet this new-to me person who would be doing my cleaning. It was not a very comfortable. No explanation was offered or given to me. This is a people business not just a teeth cleaning farm or something casual as going to just get a haircut. I wish the front office would notify clients when there is a change ahead of time. The level of comfort I had with this hygienist was developed over many years. Too bad it was not handled more professionally. read more

My family of four started going to Dr. Janet Churella, DDS when my eldest of 2 sons was about 3 years old, back about 22 years ago. Due to pancreatic cancer, she retired years ago and recently passed away. :( However, when she retired, Dr. Liang bought the business and made it his own using her wonderful staff and my family still highly regards their work. Over the 20+ years, we have continued to see him since it is close by our home and because of their continued precise and caring dental care. I know my husband sees Dawn as his hygienist and she's amazing, making going to get your teeth cleaned a pleasure instead of drudgery. I'm not sure which hygienists my adult sons go to, but they never complain of going to the dentist which these days says something about the dental care they also receive there. Dr. Liang is always on top of technology and when I needed a couple of replacement crowns a couple of years ago, they were made onsite and in hardly any time at all! Also, if you want, his staff uses email and texts to get remind you of your appointment. Unfortunately, because of the many current patients they do treat and see, it is often difficult to schedule an appointment even for someone who has been a patient for over 20 years. I can't even imagine how long it would take for a new patient as I don't even know if they still accept new patients. It now looks like my eldest son will have to see another local area dentist while he's on break. My son (who is currently at grad school out of state) had an appt. for November and since lives out of state and had to cancel his appointment. In trying to make another appointment for his semester break when he will be home (December 14, 2015 through January 12, 2016), the earliest available appointment that could be made was the middle of January when he's already back at grad school and this is already November. My son was put on a waiting list in case there are any cancellations, but we can't be sure at this point if he will be able to be seen while he is home. So it's off to see another dentist who can accommodate his schedule while he is home which makes me kind of sad. read more

I have been going here for over 15 years now. I go to Dawn for my cleaning and she is AMAZING!! My entire family goes to her as well. Dr Laing is really good too. If something doesnt look right he lets you know and explains what can happen or what is happening. I just went for my check up last week and I was waiting less than 3 minutes before Dawn came and got me from the waiting room. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. They also send text & email reminders if you want ( I love it). I cant answer my phone at work all the time but i can text them back. If you want the best Dentist out there you should go here!!! Dr. Liang is very gentle and experienced. He takes time to explain everything, making sure you understand your dental health, any changes from previous visits, and gives detailed descriptions of procedures he recommend. He is very honest and never tries to up sale unnecessary work. Whenever possible he opts to keep your teeth instead of going for some expensive alternative. I recommended a co-worker who went through 3 dentists in 2 years and was very critical of her dentists. It has been almost 10 years and she is still with Dr. Liang. read more

I have had great experiences with this office through the years. Dr. Liang is very gentle, professional, and the office has state of the art technology (making crowns while you wait, different lasers for dr. and hygienist, invisalign, etc.). He is also great with kids. *Laser gum surgery: ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. I can't believe a gum surgery requires no pain killer afterwards. I did not even have to take any over-the-counter drugs like Tylenol. *Teeth Cleaning: the hygienists are all very gentle and professional. What can I say, I prefer getting teeth cleaned by a hygienist and leave the major stuff to the Dentist. *Invisalign: never thought I would get braces at this late in life. With invisalign, there's no pain, just a little pressure with each new fitting. I cannot be happier with the result. I did not get Invisalign for cosmetic reasons, but instead to fix problems that are affecting my dental health. read more
