The X-ray and cleaning were excellent, using the best imaging equipment and cleaning thoroughly and gently. I came into this dentist because a relative of mine went here. I got x rays by a really nice assistant and was then greeted by the dentist. The dentist, Dr Nguyen saw me. The reason for 3 stars is : 1. The dentist never actually sat down and LOOKED at my teeth. 2. The exam rooms were not the neatest. 3. The hygienist Emil was a tad pushy and made me feel like a DEEP cleaning was absolutely necessary. I don't think I'll be back to this office because I never got an actual EXAM by the dentist. He just came in and talked to me about the X-rays and then referred me to a root canal specialist. WEEKS later I FINALLY got a call from the specialist and when I saw him he was confused as to why I was there. Meaning I didn't ACTUALLy need to see a root canal specialist AT ALL! In short, I will likely not return to this office for my filling replacement. read more

I have a dentist I have been going to and I don't usually cheat on my dentist ever. But I have been dealing with some grinding and clenching issues and for what ever reason my current dentist refuses to give me a bite plate retainer thingee for when I sleep or just need it. I have asked him repeatedly for the last 5 years or so ... So I got fed up with taking medicine every day from my jaw pain and I decided to try a new dentist. I found this place on Yelp- I called and the nice lady "Maria" was very friendly and helpful. She answered my plethora of questions and assured me that this office could help me! She checked with my insurance and insurance coverages benefits etc. She explained it all to me and set me up with the Dr - Dr Caitlyn- I got an appointment and met the Dr and she was so professional but also very personable and helpful, even the assistant who worked with my consultation & did my impressions was really nice and gentle. I got my piece a week later and I am beyond thrilled. I am so grateful I found this place, I appreciate the staff and the Dr and the entire office staff! I am strongly considering making this my home dentist and bringing the whole family - They took the drama and pain out of the dentist visit and made me feel so comfortable and cared for- my well being was taken into consideration. The Dr wants to make sure I am not suffering anymore. The Dr is working with me and if this doesn't help she offers other alternative options for me in the future to help me and my quality of life. Look, ignore all of these other reviews and hear me out.... IF your insurance doesn't cover-They will ask you to pay (as they should) or help you find a payment option (out of courtesy). You're an adult- Know your place and price points.. With that said, the dentists here are AMAZING !! They elaborate, they make sure you understand without making you feel dumb, and the support staff in addition are caring and elaborative. This is a good dentist office. If you think they're greedy then honestly you're just cheap. it takes a lot to sanitize tools and maintain that type of practice between clients. Dont forget I'm hyping up the dentists because they're well educated in addition to what I just said. SO DONT get it twisted. Just come here And try it. Worst service I have ever received from a dental place, all they want is money up front you are forced you pay before the service is even performed. I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning and was told I would have to come back to get it even though it's a free service then they upsell me to the to the deep cleaning which I said fine, but they still wouldn't perform it until I paid them first to get a cap replaced. Ok then I accept the cap replacement, BUT when the dental aide went to put the temporary cap into my mouth, she first dropped it on the floor. She picked it up and was about to stick it right onto my tooth and I asked her "aren't you going to clean that first ?" and she said oh I cleaned it before but she had dropped it on the floor so you tell me is that OK? LOL NOW I was completely disgusted with this place and I was sad because I had to come back and get the real cap put on because they had already made me pay beforehand so I was screwed When I went back , if course I was upset because I had received such poor service before and when I expressed this to the then , the ladies they told me that I had already paid and they all had to do is put the capin that I would not be getting my free cleaning. I informed them that I had already received my deep cleaning from another the All About Smile in Rancho Cucamonga and they told me well they didn't do a very good job because clearly your gums are inflamed.. so not only are they insulting the service of a fellow dental place, but they are trying to make me feel bad about my gums which had just been cleaned so of course they were a bit inflamed. The Frontdesk ladies and the dental aides were all extremely rude to me. The only person who was nice was the dentist himself. I will never come back here again. FYI people don't want a cap that was dropped on the floor put into their mouth, that is something I should not even have to spell out !!!!!!! read more

Had a very positive experience here, all of the staff is very nice and friendly! The dentist went through the x-rays and pictures of my teeth to help break down issues that I had and want they wanted to do to help. They even broke down the pricing and explained what I'd be paying for and what my insurance would cover. The dental assistant was very nice and she helped me feel comfortable the whole time I was getting worked on and would help explain what was happening and being worked on. I was there today with my mom as she was getting an infected tooth pulled and 2 implants put in by Dr Sheida. My mom was nervous about the procedure but Dr Sheida was very reassuring and confident in the outcome of my moms treatment as she said something about using a guide that helps keep the implants in the proper location and makes for nicer esthetics... The procedure took less than an hour and mom is looking great. Dr Sheida was very gentle through the procedure and mom was surprised that this was not a more difficult and much more painful procedure. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an implant... or 2! read more

I needed to see a periodontal specialist. Found Dr. LEE thru my in network providers. Checked out his Yelp and they had good reviews so I decided to go to All About the Smile. His assistant was also helpful and patient, forgot her name.. The dental hygienist Emille worked on my deep cleaning. He did a thorough job and made me feel very comfortable. The laser cleaning helped my teeth to feel and look cleaner. Soreness is just kicking, but feel confident the instructions he gave me will help my gums get better.
