Came here last Thursday for my x-ray and check up consultation. Coming here for my dental care is always worth the drive. Everyone is always welcoming as usual. Every since the first time I came here years ago, they always take care of whatever concerns I have from consultations, check-ups, cleaning, and even fixing whatever needs to be fixed. They always being honest with their evaluations during check-ups and consultations and tell me exactly what they can do to fix it. If anyone has Medi-Cal insurance, they accept it and once approved for anything I need, they take care the rest and I am always happy of how they take care of me. I truly trust this place for my dental care and I appreciate everyone here for always being nice, kind, and welcoming. With these kind of excellent service, clients will always come back. Everyone hates going to the dentist, but they make it less scary. All the techs and doctors here are amazing and make you feel comfortable every visit. The receptionists are helpful, the techs are patient and kind, and the doctors are efficient. I have Invisalign with them and it is going well. I also get my teeth checked and cleaned every 6 months. My only gripe is the parking lot. I have been lucky thus far to find a spot but sometimes the tiny lot is full. read more

The place is clean and beautiful, and the team is professional but a bit cold. My two kids and I went in for routine cleanings, they needed fillings (and got them) and I needed a crown on one of my molars due to old filling that was not the best (the old filling was not done by them) and this work was fine, hence the two stars. Now, on to the work for my adult kids; their fillings were completed, when they got home, everything was fine until two days later when neither of them could chew their food because it was too painful, I asked that they call the office and have the doctor take a look. They both did, they went in and got it touched up, they let them know that this would solve the issue; unfortunately, it did not. I asked them to call one more time, but by this point they were not willing to go back, and so, we had to go back to our old dentist, in La Mirada. My son went in, had the filling done by Ramona Dentistry removed and replaced, 3 hours after the work was done, he can chew his food without pain again! I had been here twice myself, and i tried to stay with them as they are close by, but we now have to drive 40 minutes to our old dentist because of the bad experience here. I haven't been to a dentist in about 20 or so years, give or take. Bad experiences as a teen and after getting my wisdom teeth (all 4 out) in college, just didn't want the pain anymore. Sadly, started having gum and teeth pain. Did a Yelp search for a dentist in the area and came across Ramona. Saw on their website that they had free x-rays and exam for first time patients so made an inquiry at night. First thing in the morning, got a call and they saw me that day. Explained the situation and my nervousness of seeing a dentist when I got in and they joked with me and put me at ease. I was shocked to find out i had no cavities or anything alarming like that (knowing I hadn't been seen in decades, they could have easily said I needed a lot of work and I would have believed them). They said I needed a deep cleaning (which makes sense) and besides that, a reason for the pain could be teeth grinding which created trauma for my teeth when I sleep. They also went over Invisalign with me as I was interested as I've been wanting to fix my smile for forever. I don't have insurance but they gave me a great price and broke things down for me (also not so good credit sadly). So I made the booking for the deep cleaning and saw them about a week later for the first section. They seem to have availability and work with you which, to me, is super important. To me, there is a lot of care here and they treat you well. They answer questions and take time with you. I don't feel like I'm getting upsold anything or pushed for things. I hope the level of care continues and I would definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

I had my X-RAY and free consultation here last 12/1 with Dr. Tea. I haven't been to the dentist for over 20 years due to traumatic experience. The check in process and X-RAY were smooth and easy. Dr. Tea explained all the problems and treatment plans. She wasn't too personable nor friendly, although she wasn't mean or bitchy or anything like that. After the consultation, I spoke with the receptionist to discuss about appointments and price breakdown. Then I went 12/2 for my deep cleaning with Nienh(not sure how to spell his name). He was very nice. Very friendly. Very gentle and very thorough. I didn't feel anything not even the injection to numb my teeth/gum. Now my right side upper and lower teeth feel really really clean lol. Going back on Friday for deep cleaning for my left teeth and gum. Hopefully it will be a smooth cleaning again! I highly recommend this dentist office. Answered my call the first time, got me booked same day within hours. Wait time was less than ten minutes. I had an emergency situation and Dr.Tea did excellent work I didn't feel any pain. The staff are helpful and kind, they also explain everything throughly which I truly appreciated. Until today, I probably wouldn't have written a review of a dental office unless they were just awful... but I recently moved and had to make a change in dentists... and, wow, am glad I found this place! Dr. Kim, the dentist, was personable and knowledgeable, but the star of the show was the hygienist, Nien (I probably butchered the spelling)! He was so gentle and kind. It was hands down one of the best cleanings I've ever had! He was so mindful of my comfort and potential for pain/discomfort, yet didn't cause any! Yes, it was just a cleaning, but even cleanings can be a bit traumatic... and no floss shaming!!! (I do, often, but I'm always made to feel like I suck at it). Excellent visit! read more

THIS IS A GREAT OFFICE FOR THOSE THAT ARE STILL COVID CONSCIOUS! I've been very covid conscious and had not gone to the dentist because of covid since 2020. Needed work to finally get done and searched high and low for a dentist that would ease my mind and that they took mitigation seriously. I went to this place because the photos showed they had HEPA filters by the chairs, so I booked an appointment. The front staff are no longer wearing masks, however they did have a HEPA filter in the waiting room. It was off, but I was able to switch it on to high. I still had my mask on, so it was nice to have an extra layer of mitigation. Xray room has a hepa filter and they switched it on for me. Then went to the cleaning chair and the HEPA filter (connected to the chair) was also on high. The cleaner was wearing a nice N95 mask and a shield. Then had to go to the dentist chair for some actual work on my teeth and they switched on the HEPA filter in there as well. The hygienist was really good and the shots were (mostly) painless. Dr. was great as well. Another thing I liked was after my x-rays and dentist review, the front staff came to my chair to explain the costs of the procedures recommended, my options, how much my insurance covers, and what my out-of-pocket would be. The only thing I would add as a suggestion would be for the office to vacuum the intake of the HEPA filters as there was some dust accumulation there to keep the HEPA filter working to its highest efficiency. read more

The office staff, dental assistants and the doctors are all amazing here! I live in rancho but I travel to go here because they have the best customer service and bedside manner! I even had an emergency with my daughter and they still let me come in the same day. I've had bad experiences as a child but I started feeling comfortable making regular appointments again to fix my messed up post partum teeth thanks to this amazing place and all the wonderful people here. Love this place! Dr. Minh, Kevin and the rest of the staff are all super friendly and fun to work with. I've gotten plenty of work done here and it was all a breeze even with me being difficult lol. Best part is they use a really good numbing cream before giving you the numbing shot so you really don't feel a thing. Kevin got me hooked up with Invisalign at a great price so now I'm getting my teeth straightened all in one place. I've been here a couple times already. I got some routine check ups and cleanings, along with some fillings. I was seen by Dr. Kim, and she's amazing. She gives an explanation of what I need to get done and why. She also makes sure that I'm comfortable and not in pain. She's willing to spend extra time with you to make sure that you're satisfied with whatever she's doing. I can tell that she really cares about her patients. The office staff is really nice too. 5 stars is not enough!! My son used to hate going to the dentist until he met Dr. Tea. When we initially starting coming here years ago we were local but have since moved to Newport Coast and still make the drive (we're lifers now haha) I will not allow anyone else to touch our teeth. Dr. Tea is not only extremely educated in what she does but she's equally as kind & gentle. I've visited Ramona Dentistry twice to get an appliance to help me with my sleep apnea. Kevin is amazing! He patiently explained the process to get images of my teeth (all computerized...no trays full of sticky cement). The appliance came in and Kevin helped me understand how to insert and remove it, clean and store it, and how to monitor my sleep using an app. I texted him my fabulous results and he responded that everything looks great. I came here for the first time because the couple i work for come here. Im scared of dentists and im always tense from being tied down to as a kid. I had cavities and a cleaning done long overdue and can i say that nothing hurted?! Like literally nothing during the whole procedure hurted whatsoever. I left the place smiling because ive never had an experience like that. Everytime i had cavities done it always hurted even when they would put the anesthesia in my gum i would feel a terrible pain but when i went he said i will feel a pinch and i didnt even feel that.
