The salesman and the owner are all liars. I was lied to about the unit not been wrecked, when in fact it had. The drive test went fine with no problems, but when I drove it from Monroe, La back to Mississippi the car started roaring so loud that I could not purchase the unit. I called the car lot the next day and they advised within 2 days someone would bring me a loaner car until mine was taken back to monroe and fixed at the lot. I took the car to Firestone to get a diagnostic done and several problems were listed, but they chose to take it back to their shop. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and I finally got it back and the roaring had stopped but none of the other issues were fixed. The car needed brake pads, rotors, ball bearings and the front grill snapped in correctly. I was told all this would be done and it was not. Then I had to purchase 2 new tires within the first month of having the unit because I was told the censor would go off once the tires got air, but one tire blew out and the other one was dry rotted. To make matters worse, the air went out in the unit. If there was a rating for "0" I would click it because this dealership does not even deserve one star. The only thing they succeeded in was getting my down payment on a piece of s**t car.

He convinced me with some insurance statements. Told me how much it costs to tow the car, but NEVER mentioned the storage fees. After hurricane, I called, the manager picked up the phone, didn't tell me I can pick up the car but their office is not open. When I went picking up after weekend, they charged me extra storage fees, $25 per day! These people just want ur money. They don't straight up with u but try to get as much $$ as possible from you.

So I called today to get my car back the lady at the front desk told me that I would have to pay $2,800 in order to get my car which is almost the down payment price she claims this was because maintenance/tune up they did on my car keep in mind I didn't ask for that. They are indeed scammers and if you are a few days late on your payments expect the same treatment because they let you get these cars and repo them just to sale them again they only in it for the money they could careless about you. I ONLY DROVE MY CAR FOR 3WEEKS TOTAL.....The lady at the front desk is really rude and belligerent so you have to almost talk to her as if she is a child if you want her to actually listen to you and make sure that old whore pull up yall information because she will indeed give you misinformation if she is being lazy af. 0/10 DO NOT GET A CAR HERE!!!
