This dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with and purchasing a vehicle from them was one of the biggest mistakes ever. I purchased a car in November 2024. The salesman and the owner are all liars. I was lied to about the unit not been wrecked, when in fact it had. The drive test went fine with no problems, but when I drove it from Monroe, La back to Mississippi the car started roaring so loud that I could not purchase the unit. I called the car lot the next day and they advised within 2 days someone would bring me a loaner car until mine was taken back to monroe and fixed at the lot. I took the car to Firestone to get a diagnostic done and several problems were listed, but they chose to take it back to their shop. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and I finally got it back and the roaring had stopped but none of the other issues were fixed. The car needed brake pads, rotors, ball bearings and the front grill snapped in correctly. I was told all this would be done and it was not. Then I had to purchase 2 new tires within the first month of having the unit because I was told the censor would go off once the tires got air, but one tire blew out and the other one was dry rotted. To make matters worse, the air went out in the unit. If there was a rating for "0" I would click it because this dealership does not even deserve one star. I purchased a vehicle for my niece and nephew back in September 2025. The test drive was fine. No issues. I paid for it with a credit card and they offered a free oil change. They drove off the lot and the check engine light came on. They took it back on Monday at the auto shop that the dealership runs. The mechanic ended up telling them is was a censer to the transmission. They kept it over 2 weeks. When my nephew finally got it back the engine started making a noise. They were on their way back when it quit running. They had to tow it there. Engine difficulty. They wanted a lot of money to fix it. No. We decided that we wanted another vehicle. Asked for a refund. They said no. The next vehicle that they got for a trade ended up with the transmission going out with a couple weeks. Cost $2,800 for a rebuilt transmission and $449.00 for a new water pump and temp gauge They even rolled back the odometer 15,000 miles Didn't get the title till the Middle of December. The title had a larger mileage than what was showing. Also Found J B Weld on the temp gauge/water pump. Beware. read more

I went to buy a car and I had all I needed in order to proceed with the purchase of the car but I got turned down every time I brought what was needed. I brought my sister with me and she got a car with a lower score than mine. I was looked over, ignored and never heard a word back so I feel as if I was discriminated against. We didn't take the tags off our trade in ourself. Salesman said he would. This dealership didn't take the tags off the trade in or see to it proper flag codes where entered for trade in to not be in my name. They actually sold our trade in to a friend of another salesman with the tags still on the car and the salesman new (3mths later) his friend still hadn't taken the car out of my name!! I ended up with a ticket and my license blocked. The dealership was very rude and actually laughed in my face saying good luck having a commissioner do anything to us and hung up on me!!! This is the worst place to buy a vehicle from, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a vehicle in full, and was promised the vehicle would be delivered the same day. I called everyday for 7 days before I ever saw my vehicle. The manager Zachary Fuller would not accommodate us, nor notify the owner, his father, to help resolve the issue. This has been the worst experience, and I would never recommend nor refer anyone to even look at this dealership. I only chose 1 star in order to post this review. read more
