Although it was a relatively minor repair, everyone at Apex treated me with the same attention and professionalism I would have expected for a much larger job. Their customer is exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a beautiful waiting room, spotless restrooms, free Wi-Fi, snacks, and drinks. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff was toward my young child, who had to wait with me. One of the receptionists noticed that he was sitting there with little to do and handed him the television remote so he could choose something to watch. It was a small gesture, but a highly observant and considerate one! Once they brought my vehicle in, the repair took only about 20-30 minutes. Then, to my complete surprise, they told me there would be no charge. I would never expect a business to perform work for free, but their generosity made an already excellent experience even more memorable.
