When I called a well known shop and they referred me to Langley's, I felt confident they would do good work. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, and they took longer than I expected, but mechanics aren't drive through fast food. Quality work takes time. Prices were fair. (Do you want fast, cheap, or good? Pick two). I dealt with Dennis and Brandon and both guys took the time I needed to communicate and ask questions. They even adjusted the final bill down due to an honest clerical error. They caught it and were up front about it. Also, I'm the kind of vehicle owner that's going to pop the hood and check around for all the little details. Brandon left my car as good as I brought it. No grease spots. No left tools. All fasteners as expected. Do yourself a favor and budget the funds you need to maintain your car before it needs a repair, and trust the guys at Langley's Performance to take good care of your vehicle. They've earned my future business and will be my "go to first".

Originally, I brought my car in for a repair of the brake system that was a $1100 undertaking. That…read morewas fine since it wpuld be under warranty. However, they failed to notice that the brake lines collapsed and this required me to have it towed back to their shop because the brake caliper completely seized. This was approximately two months ago at the time of writing this. Any updates, I've had to call to request. They had to coordinate with the local Ford dealership to have the brakes bled... which required me calling said dealership so a ticket could be open. They then had to tow my car less than a mile down the road to said dealership. That's the last I've heard. Every interaction and phone call has been met with "I don't knows" and obvious ranting of the manager in the background about the situation. They may have been a quality shop years ago, but that quality has long since faded.

I had a disappointing experience with CA Russell Ford in Anniston. While at the showroom I was…read moretold about a car that was available at their Springville location. It met the criteria of what I was looking for (age, mileage, price). The salesman called Springville to see if the car was still available and was told it "maybe just went under contract". It was later determined that the car was indeed available and could be brought to the Anniston location later that day. We came to terms price-wise and I went home, expecting a call later in the day when the car arrived so I could do a test-drive. When I'd heard nothing by 5pm I texted the salesman and was told "It won't be today but we can get our hands on it". I knew the car was in Springville because their salesman had facetimed my salesman and showed him/us the car. I never heard from my salesman again. I suspect they leveraged my offer with that vague "maybe contract" to get more $$ for the car. You'd think Anniston would offer me a deal on something else to make up for this but nothing. Obviously the bottom dollar is more important to CA Ford than keeping customers happy.

I paid them 1800, down and I paid my car note on the 20th of September of 360. And they still wanted me to give them money!!! I suggest to never buy from them!!! Bullock Tire Shop

We were traveling on interstate 20 and the car started shaking. We stopped, visually inspected the…read moretires and checked the air and everything seemed normal. When we got back on the interstate the shaking started again. Deciding that we needed a tire shop to figure out what was going on we found Bullocks Tire Store on Yelp. They balanced one front tire and that didn't do it. Then he checked another front tire and found that the tire had a huge bulb on it and if we hadn't stopped it would have blown out on he interstate. We really appreciate Bullock's working with us to find what was wrong and getting us back on the road safely. They went the extra mile to locate, pick up and install the correct new tire. We were able to travel with the confidence that Bullock's helped us avoid a potentially dangerous situation to make it home safely.
