Horrible experience. Stay away. My experience was borderline patient abuse…read more 1. The staff are very dismissive of the patient needs. During my treatment I mentioned a pain on my gums and the staff were always quick to get you out the door. 2. Every time I went for my Invisalign appointment the doctor would say it's complete despite an open bite being present. I felt that I had to put my foot down one too many times to continue the treatment. 3. I was overfilled frequently and ended up getting reimbursement checks in multiple occasions. 4. When i finished my treatment the retainers I was given had a hairline crack. During my next appointment I brought that up and that doctor said I would need to pay $200. I pleaded my case and he essentially told me to F off and to go to another doctor. His staff was stayed very quiet so I can imagine this type of outburst is normal. 5. Last but most concerning, during two occasions the doctor cut my Invisalign aligners with scissors so that I was left with a small piece that only covered 4 teeth. His rationale was that it would allow the open bite to close on its own, going against my wishes to switch to braces. This left jagged edges that cut into my lips. More importantly and dangerously, it left me in a situation where the pieces came off during my sleep almost shocking me. I need to reach out to Invisalign to confirm if this was an approved procedure. Not only did the doctor do it once, but twice during my treatment.

We were always greeted in a friendly manner by both Dr. Gallo and the staff. The office is very nice and clean. My son had overcrowding and an overbite. Fast forward to now and my son's smile is perfect. I can see his confidence in his new smile. I am very happy with the results. My son expressed that he is going to miss his visits to Dr. Gallo's office. Dr. Gallo and his staff have been part of our life for the last two and a half years. Thank you for your service Dr. Gallo!

They were apologetic but didn't do anything to accommodate him for the times he had to go. At least see him at his actual appointment time after two to three times going back for the same thing. Not to mention one of my fillings didn't seem to be done right, it wasn't filed correctly so it would scratch my tongue and it eventually fell out. I have found a new dentist that respects people's time. I'm in and out within an hour each time, I get seen at the time I'm scheduled for, and so far the work I've gotten done has been done really well and with care. You rarely even see the dentist when you come Paya Dental and when you do see Dr. Paya, she barely talks to you or explains anything. We will not return to Paya Dental!
