I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. About 8 years ago I went to a recommended dentist in NY on Park Ave. Fancy place, had a filling that lead to root canal few months later and completely traumatized me. So after that traumatic experience I decided not to get a crown on that tooth. Mind it's the last back tooth that I chew with on the right side. So forward 8 years. Surprised it lasted this long as I chew gum sometimes.... I felt like something cracked but couldn't put my finger on it. Looked in the mirror and saw that back part of that tooth broke off. OMG, no insurance and as more days passed I started to feel pain there. At that point I didn't even know if tooth can be saved but the fear of putting the crown there took over because I have super sensitive gums. I remembered reading a few years ago that there are new type of crowns where they can be made the same day. So I started doing research on Google and found out that the name of it is CERIC crown. So here I am doing research on the price and every where I call it's super expensive. I came across this dental office website offering the crown for $1k and I couldn't believe it. Made an appoint, which they where super flexible. Took X-ray of the tooth before and after. The Dr. heard me loud and clear about my sensitive gums. Let me tell you. Once he was done, it was like my own original tooth was there. It didn't feel off, other then a bit of sensitivity on my gums for one day. I didn't even need time to adjust to it. If you need a crown and an honest dentist, this is your guy. The place is clean and operates very efficiently. And they didn't charge me extra for the X-rays on the tooth as most dentists would. He is honest and very gifted with his work. Thank you so much and I'll be back soon to fix a cavity the the Dr. mentioned. :) He is my new dentist that's for sure.

My original appointment in April was canceled just five minutes before my appointment time due to what I was told were technical difficulties. Annoying, but understandable. They then rescheduled me for two months later. A week before that appointment, I received a text asking me to confirm a Tuesday appointment, even though I had been scheduled for Monday. Since the office was closed, I left a voicemail on Friday. When I still hadn't received a response by Monday morning, I called. That's when I was told my hygienist only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. My question is why was I scheduled on a Monday in the first place if the hygienist doesn't work that day? At no point was I notified that my appointment had been changed. I only found out because I received a confirmation text the week before. As a result, I have now lost two days of work and pay, and I'm still behind on my dental cleaning. By the time I find a new dentist and get established, it will likely be close to a year since my last cleaning and require even more time off work. The clinical staff has always been wonderful, but the scheduling process has been disorganized and has cost me both time and money.

He worked on my teeth for years and his work was also exceptional so of course I listened to him. Fast forward years later and several appointments with Dr. Amador I would give this business 10 stars if I could! Every time I've had an appointment it was quick, painless, professional, and I definitely love how clean everything is. The staff is very friendly and welcoming where they send you reminders of your next appointments so you don't forget. They even call to check on me and Dr. Amador wrote me a very nice thank you card which says a lot by going the extra mile. I put a picture of the bar/waiting room with my review where I drink the Perrier sparkling water while waiting for my appointment to start (plus several points there for that .) The equipment is very modern and advanced with a lot of new additions I didn't even realized existed until recent. I feel comfortable and right at home throughout my entire experience here. i travel 4.5 hours to see dr. yaber and his team and it's worth every second. i haven't been able…read moreto go to a dentist for years and i have a ton of problems so i was looking for someone that specialized in smile makeovers and after finding him on ig, we had a facetime consultation and then made my first appointment. a big part of what makes this place different is the people. his assistant maria did my intake questions and all of my x-rays. she took time to understand everything i was coming in with and made the x-rays with that awful plastic thing super easy and painless. yanisbel did my first deep cleaning there and i'll never go to anyone else again. i have really sensitive teeth and have been terrified for this part but i felt NOTHING. she checked in on me regularly because she knew i was nervous but that was by far the best cleaning i've ever had. my last visit was for a partial root canal on a tooth that dr. yaber is trying to save. first of all, lety gave me a blanket so once i was numb it was the comfiest i've ever been in a dentists office lol. i was also told by another dentist years ago that there was nothing that could be done and that this tooth needed to be pulled at some point, so i really appreciate dr. yaber even trying to save it. isa at the front desk has been amazing setting up all of my appointments, sending me reminders, and gave me great advice on insurance which was really helpful since this is all very new to me. i can't get over how sweet every single person in that office is. they really listened to all of my concerns and fears coming in, they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable every time i'm there, and dr. yaber cares more about my traveling than i do so he's really thoughtful when planning out my situation. we're still in the very beginning of everything that needs to get done but my mouth is already in such better shape. very thankful for dr. yaber and his team

WARNING: BAIT AND SWITCH = illegal!!!…read more I used to come here all the time when I lived in Miami. The dental hygienist Ivelisse was amazing and the reason why I kept coming. However over time there were many problems. They broke off my upper permanent retainer and even they are orthodontist nobody was able to place it back, they ended up giving me Invisalign that was $500 for 4 refills. However I asked about a new refill it's now $1200. If they did not break my retainer I would not have to deal with this. I should not even be paying in the first place. Being back in Florida I wanted to come see the hygienist again. It had been 4 years so I called and specifically asked for what it would cost me before making an appointment. I got a call back and was told it would be $100 so I went ahead with the appointment. The day off they were great with timing. They first did an exam and told me about a cavity. I personally could not see it so I was already questioning that. Before the cleaning they brought me first to check out. I NOW FIND OUT IT IS NOT $100. It is $100 for their program and after that $95 for the cleaning. This is illegal and called bait and switch. I left and did not longer so the cleaning. After that I did not get one but TWO second opinions that both told me I have no cavities!!! So not only did they lure me in, but we're going to perform something of just under $2000 that was unnecessary. This place is bad news. I should have known with when they destroyed my permanent upper retainer and I'm now left with nothing.
