The floors each only have 6 apartments on them so your elevator and hall experiences feel like a small building, not like the 1000 unit place the building is. I LOVE that configuration. People are friendly and it feels like community in a way I've never had in any other place I've lived in NYC. So grateful to have landed here.

I have witnessed the bullying and treatment of workers of this complex for example.... 1-Walking their dogs and having them pee in front of the entrance..having their dogs poop in the lobby at times expecting staff to pick it up because they're too important to do it. 2-Yelling at the workers because they didn't receive their newspaper..... 3-Staff members treated like the help, rather than people who provide service to their residents. Overall, London Terrace, the staff and community of Chelsea is a great place to be in. Don't be fooled by the previous negative review. Also, I want to commend Bruce Wayne Solomon for his professionalism. Other than being a broker, he talks the real talk when it comes to real estate and is honest, truthful and delivers.

My downstairs neighbor was a typical Karen who'd knock on my door or slip a letter under my door every time I made a slightest noise. The freight elevator was broken when I was moving out, which significantly delayed it costed me a lot more, but they still insisted on charging $250 move-out fee. It was a horrible experience to live there just for 2 months. The doormen are great.

It is perfectly located by the highline, surrounded by art galleries and restaurants and walking distance to West Village, yet not where all the tourists are so you can sleep in and rest if you so wish to. It has an amazing rooftop with pretty good views of midtown Manhattan and the Hudson River. It also has a well equipped gym and staff is really and genuinely friendly. I am very happy with my decision and I enjoy coming home every day after work.

Period. I was looking right at Hudson Yards and it never failed to take my breath away every time I opened the door to my home. The Cloud Lounge has panoramic views of the entire city. - The units are functional. I had a large walk-in closet and a washer / dryer in-unit. The floor plan was easy to work with. There is a ton of natural light and big windows, but they don't make it awkward to fit furniture in. - Amenities are great. The Cloud Lounge is a great place to entertain and truly has some of the most epic views of the city. Imagine going up the elevator to a beautiful lounge to watch the July 4 or NYE firework shows from a skyscraper.... Incredible. The gym is huge and has a lot of equipment too (including squat racks, free weights, and machines. Not just cardio!). - Great staff. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Eric runs a tight ship -- building management is great. Sanel, the maintenance supervisor, is also very responsive and effective. - Amazing location. It's a busy area near Herald Square but really an ideal spot for transportation, food, gyms, grocery stores, shopping, and other services. Everything is so convenient. - High-quality construction. The building is well-maintained and is well-constructed. The windows block out all of the city noise, the walls are thick, doors are heavy, etc.. The bones of the building are solid. - Finishings are okay -- maintained, but not the most modern. The cabinets, countertops, and vanities are pretty dated and could use a refresh. Appliances are a lot newer though, so it still feels modern enough overall. If I had to pick something I loved the least, this is what I'd pick, but I was still satisfied. Overall I loved living here and recommend it to anyone who wants to be in a desirable, central area with **the best** views in the city. Roof leaks, ceiling collapse, dangerous conditions abound, lack of fresh paint and routine repair is unheard of- you'd think they would want to take care of their investment property but no, that is not the case. They are nasty, unhelpful, and rude. They exist for one thing and one thing only- the accumulation of wealth at the cost of their humanity. The term slumlord is found in the dictionary with a picture of Sidney Rubell as an example.

The apartment(s) were all full of mice/rats in the building and could even hear them in the walls and they weren't even helpful to eradicate the problem. The super even asked for money to help with anything on the side. They have an interview process when you rent from them where Elaine sits you down and interrogates you like you have done something wrong. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM even though they have lower rent you will hate it!
