Beautiful spot, awesome atmosphere and great food. Our server was great but also very slow. Took 15 minutes to get our wine and drinks started and then she was slow checking up on our table of 6. It wasn't super busy either. I'll do 3 stars for service and 5 stars good. I'd highly recommend the caviar and cigarettes, super fun starter! The squash blossoms were also very tasty and fun. Scallops dish was excellent and the stuffed gnocchi are a must try! My buddy had the salmon and said it was cooked perfectly .

We had a decent weekend brunch experience here, but nothing fantastic for the price. I had a hash with potatoes and carrots, but I forgot the protein because there wasn't much of it. My wife had the Somm Breakfast with sausage and that was more sizeable portions with a good variety. Service was okay, kinda disappeared on us after the food came out but not horrible. Again, just an average, ok, experience.

    A great cheesecake.

This excellent restaurant inside of the Somme Hotel is a perfect place for a special dinner, date night, or celebration of being alive. The overall atmosphere is wine focused and the wine list proves it. That said, we brought our own bottles in and they changed a reasonable corkage fee to open them and serve us. The food is upscale, presented wry well, and delicious. Don't pass this one by because it's in a hotel, they're doing it right.

Bin 47 has a beautiful, modern atmosphere, and the restaurant is stylish and inviting. The dishes were presented beautifully and definitely looked appetizing. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the presentation. Most of the dishes were fairly bland and lacked the depth of flavor I was expecting. Considering the higher price point, I expected a much more memorable dining experience. Overall, it's a nice spot for the ambiance, but the food didn't justify the cost.

First experience at Bin 47 was a brunch with girlfriends. It left me underwhelmed. Service and ambiance were lovely! It's a beautiful place. Their portions were pretty big. Overall food quality was good. But nothing blew me away. The somm breakfast I ordered was huge. The large potatoes were undercooked which was a bummer because they looked delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly but had little pools of butter, which feels unnecessary. Giant bacon pieces were soft, I prefer crispy. So a pretty regular, simple breakfast for $21. I do want to come back for dinner!

It's a pretty restaurant in a beautiful hotel at The Somm. We got: 1) Maitake mushrooms - 4/5. Yum. 2) roasted black cod - 5/5. Also yum. 3) Spanish octopus - 4/5. Good. 4) grilled half chicken - 5/5. Our fave. Tender and tasty. Truthfully, we got other things, but don't remember them all. We were too buzzed from the wine blending right before. Ultimately, we enjoyed our time there, enjoyed the food, and would return!

Visiting Seattle for a quick weekend spell & found ourselves at Bin 47. Amazing drinks - we got to try the new mocktails (that also are cocktail versions w/ alcohol, we just don't drink) by head mixologist Lane at the bar. These were super tasty and unique -- the Hawaiian lilikoi & Li hing mui drink was divine (a little salty a little sour and sweet), and a strawberry mint cucumber mojito mocktail! they had seasonal truffle thin crust pizza that was so tasty. Service and vibes were impeccable. Apparently they do wine mixing workshops / tastings as well in another room that looked neat. The staff was super friendly and had good recs all around. Thanks !

A cute seating area on the way to the restaurant

The anticipation has been high to try Bin 47 at the new Somm hotel, and let me tell you this absolutely exceeded my expectations! First, the restaurant is located at the back of the hotel. If you park in the valet or current temp parking lot, walk the main hall straight to the back to find it. I enjoy this walk since there are several cute and interesting seating areas and fun art to check out on the way. The restaurant itself is of course posh and new. But the menu is really fantastic. My girlfriend and I both tried a mocktail and they were so flavorful and interesting. We ordered the steak frites and a few veggie sides. The steak was cooked toperfection. And I am very judgmental when it comes to steak frites. The carrots were great, broccoli was smothered in parm. All around great meal, good service, a really enjoyable experience. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Bin 47 is the hottest and trendiest new restaurant in Woodinville, located inside the brand new The Somm hotel which is part of the Autograph Collection. The hotel is still in its soft opening phase and has been open for a month or two at most. The entire exterior and interior is wine-themed with wine barrel poles outside the entrance and glass wine bottle decor around the reception desk. It is super modern, clean, and spacious to accommodate for large events like weddings, business meetings, and more. They even have a wine blend room where you can customize and bottle your own wine. My family made dinner reservations to celebrate my mom's birthday this past Sunday at 6:30pm and were very glad we did as most tables were full upon our arrival. Bin 47 (located behind the bar) is a fusion bistro, serving seafood, wagyu steak, chicken cassoulet, duck breast, beet salad, grits, and more. They have fancy whiskey cocktails too and of course, a variety of local wines from Woodinville, Walla Walla, and other Washington wineries. We ordered the... HEARTH MILKBREAD ($14) - this soft and fluffy bread was absolutely FANTASTIC and an excellent start to the dinner show! The rolls were freshly made and served warm right out of the oven. I loved the unique buttery rosemary flavor and the side of caramelized quince pear preserves that added a wonderful sweetness. Not going to lie, my mouth is still watering from just imagining the bread - it's THAT GOOD! THIN CUT FRIES (not on the main menu, but they have them at the bar) - these fries were almost like shoe string fries and were not overly greasy or salty. They came with ketchup and aioli, but the aioli just tasted like plain mayo. They still hit the spot as we were waiting for the entrees to arrive, but the duck fat hashbrown side would probably have been more unique. CHARRED BROCCOLI CAESAR ($17) - in all honesty, this was my least favorite dish we ordered. The broccoli wasn't that charred and it was saltier than I would've preferred as it had parmesan, kelp salt, and sourdough crumb. While it was nice to have some greens, I think I would've just preferred regular charred broccoli. WRIGHT BROTHER'S BEETS ($18) - this is a dish that I'm hoping to recreate for Thanksgiving as I found it super tasty and refreshing. It came with creamy burrata, sweet candied walnuts, golden raisins, umami mustards, and lemon basil. I loved the different textures and flavors of this dish and would definitely get it again. GRILLED TIGER PRAWNS ($24) - the prawns in this dish were the BIGGEST prawns I've ever seen! There were only two, but they were the size of lobster tails. Marinated in brown butter miso, coconut sabayon, and served with salt roasted kolhrabi, and lime kelp crumb, these prawns were amazingly sweet, juicy, and flavorful. Another 10/10 dish. GRILLED SPANISH OCTOPUS ($26) - another impressive dish where the octopus was grilled just right to where it was tender and not chewy at all. It came with romasco cheese, crispy potatoes, parsley salad, and lime brulee. This dish also only came with two pieces, but the pieces were adequately sized and worth savoring. SMOKED CHICKEN CASSOULET ($36) - this dish was the largest of the entrees we ordered and came with foie gras and pork belly andouille, butter beans, tomato confit, and fine herb breadcrumbs. It was served in a hot ceramic bowl and was a nice and hearty dish for a cold fall day. CRYING TIGER HANGER ($38) - this was probably my favorite dish of the entrees we ordered, even though it was probably the smallest. The steak was marinated in a sweet and savory red chili fish caramel sauce and just melted in your mouth. This dish came with eight thinly cut slices of meat; similar to the octopus, every bite was worth savoring. MATCHA TIRAMISU - my mom chose this one out of the dessert options (which also included duck egg creme brûlée, hazelnut chocolate cake, and one other). The tiramisu was beautifully presented with alternating layers of white cake, citrus syrup, and sweet mascarpone, drizzled with a slightly sweet and slightly bitter matcha cream. It was topped with caramelized hazelnut white chocolate and was an overall exceptional dessert and finish to the show. Service was outstanding. Our server, Lucio, was very friendly and attentive throughout. They also comped the matcha tiramisu for my mom's birthday, which was a sweet ending. Thank you, Bin 47, for a wonderful experience. I highly look forward to coming again in the future. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

We've been to Bin 47 a few times now; the first time was for the soft opening. The food has been consistently well prepared and delicious - the entrees are particularly impressive (on the last go, we shared a spectacular tomahawk steak - every slice was med-rare, which an amazing accomplishment for a steak on the bone/of that size -50+ oz.). All that being said: the service on our visits has been really inconsistent; your experience depends a lot on which server you wind up with. Some are far more attentive and detail-oriented than others. On our last visit there were lengthy periods of time between courses, 30-40 minute stretches without contact re: beverages, etc. I hope that they can iron out the kinks with this. Free valet parking at the Somm (the hotel in which Bin 47 is located) makes this a very easy drive from points outside of Woodinville. The facility itself has some quirky, regional decor - it's not your typical Marriott-helmed property. Time will tell how this place fares, but the food is excellent. We were fans of the chef's Queen Anne fine dining restaurant (Eden Hill); hopefully Bin 47 will be a worthy successor.

Made reservations and had the opportunity to try the brunch and dinner menu during my stay at the Somm Hotel. Had no issues with my reservations both times and did not have to wait long to get seated. I've been hearing mix reviews on service and had no issues with ours for both times we got to visit. The food came out fast and there were no delays. For brunch - we ordered the sour dough French toast and the cast iron corn pancake. Both came out hot and fresh, a perfect balance of sweetness. Perfect to share with the table. I ordered the prosciutto eggs Benedict with a side of potato's. The Benedict was good but thought that the prosciutto was too overpowering as it made the dish really salty. The side of potato's came out super crispy, hot and fresh. For dinner - we tried everything on the menu and my favorites were: striploin tartare - extra crispy potato base topped with the tartare oysters - were fresh and didn't have the fishy taste (Not pictured) Charred brocolli Caesar - warm, crunchy taste from the char and the sourdough crumbs (Not pictured) King salmon - cooked to perfection based on chefs recommendation, salmon was perfect and not dry Wagyu tenderloin - steak was grilled to perfection, soft. (Not pictured) Crab cakes - highly recommend Cheesecake - highly recommend, wasn't too sweet and perfect balance Chocolate cake - highly recommend, very decadent.

Fantastic Ambiance? Check Highly Attentive Service? Check Delicious Food? Check Special Date Night Location? Found! I was very impressed by the food and the service (Hi Gen! Who was fantastic by the way and had great recommendations) There are two entrances to this place, you can go through the hotel but there is also another on the back end of the restaurant and lounge. They also have discounted validation for parking so just bear that in mind. The restaurant counter is actually just outside the restaurant which was a little confusing but no big deal there, I will say I did not appreciate being talked down to by the person manning that station. I had come early and mentioned I had reservations and stood aside waiting for the restaurant to officially open. Other people were then seated but not us and so I approached the lady (curly hair middle aged, I don't have a name for the individual) and seeing as she was not the same person I spoke to asked if we needed a table, I clarified I did not need a table I had a reservation to which she replied "Yes like I just said, do you need a table." There is always an expectation, to the level of professionalism when it comes to fine dining, this interaction soured my introduction to this restaurant. I'm only glad that both Gen and the phenomenal chefs saved it So lets talk food, now the food is best served together as the sides come separate to the mains and we decided to to more of a family style with the sides so we ordered the Sichuan Brussel Sprouts 5/5 they were beautifully prepared with the perfect amount of spice, we also had the Mountain Mac and Cheese because I am simply a sucker for a good Mac & Cheese if prepared well and this was ok 4/5 would be my rating. I would absolutely be trying the duck fat hash browns the next time I come and I WILL be coming back. For the mains my friends had Wagyu Bavette and the King Salmon and both got rave reviews from them both, I myself got the Grilled Half Chicken 6/5 oh my god this was exceptionally done it comes with charred cabbage and the most amazing Miso horseradish bbq sauce, I wouldn't even call it a bbq sauce it is far too delicious for that. The chicken alone is glorious I would say that it's more of a one person dish than for the table. We rounded off the night with a Roasted Brie Basque Cheesecake 5/5 trust me when I say you need to try this, share if you must as we did, it is not to be missed Beautiful place, fantastic food, very pricy lol but we were expecting that, absolutely worth a try, well done!

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN WE HAVE A NEW WINNER FOR BEST RESTAURANT IN ALL OF WOODENVILLE AND ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Date night landed us at the newest and best restaurant BIN 47. My wife and I only had one item that we didn't absolutely love but yet our server replaced it with one we did love. The service was next level. Our server Jennifer was just as top notch as you can get. Our fav food was The double smash burger, Wagyu tenderloin, side of gnocchi, and our crab cake that replaced the prawns we had tried. Our drinks were also incredible. Old fashioned and a drink called "Night" something lol can't remember. As far as why I say this is the best restaurant in Woodenville is because all things combined, service, food and decor you couldn't get it any better than BIN 47 in the area. Next time you have a date night make your way here. You will not regret it!

Michelle and the Sammamish River Trail, and there is a lot to like here. Food & Drink: The food is very good across the board. The chicken sandwich is a standout, and they have some of the better wings in the area if you like a dry rub. The fish and chips have a solid crunch despite being light/airy, and both the beef and lamb burgers are well executed. The homemade black bean burger is an underrated vegan option. The Green Goddess salad is also pretty good, and gluten-free buns are available. They rotate in seasonal items as well, so there is usually something different on the menu. The bar leans more toward cocktails and whiskey than beer. The whiskey selection is great. Other spirits are less diverse, but there is enough to make most cocktails. They are solid at making the classics--I've had the Martini, Paper Plane, Gimlet, and Manhattan here, and all have been very good. The seasonal cocktail menu is also usually well done, with options built around a variety of spirits. This isn't a top-grade cocktail program, but it is pretty solid and fits the vibe of the place well. One of their quirks is the alcoholic milkshake. I haven't had one, but have heard good things. The beer menu is probably a little weak in terms of options for somewhere with "Tavern" in the name. They still have some local brews on tap, but beer clearly isn't the focus here. Ambiance & Service: Hollywood Tavern has a great location in Woodinville, near Chateau Ste. Michelle and the Sammamish River Trail. There is a decently sized parking lot that usually doesn't overflow. The outdoor seating area is solid, complete with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Inside looks and feels like a tavern. There is some great wall art showing the building from when it was a gas station and Woodinville was still "out in the sticks." The interior is basically divided into two halves, with the bar on one side. There is a nice rustic wood-top bar with seating for maybe ten, plus additional high-top seating along the windows. There is also an indoor/outdoor-feeling section along the road. There is usually a good buzz in the room. It isn't a quiet or intimate spot, but it also isn't really a "socialize with the locals" type of tavern. It works particularly well for a casual date night or a guys' or girls' night out. Country music (Bluegrass/Americana) is usually what's playing (fairly quietly). It also works surprisingly well for families. Between the noise level and lack of formal dining, it is a good option for a "fancy" family dinner where everyone can still relax. The kids menu is fairly standard, but portions are solid and the value is good. Kids get crayons and coloring menus, and parents can actually enjoy the food and drinks without feeling like they brought their kids somewhere they shouldn't have. Service is above average. The staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the service fits the casual atmosphere well. Final Thoughts: Five stars. Think upscale tavern with more of a focus on cocktails than beer, but with country music and a rustic finish. Hollywood Tavern combines very good food, solid cocktails, a great whiskey selection, above-average service, and one of the better casual atmospheres in Woodinville. It works equally well for a casual date night, a night out with friends, or a nicer family dinner. Von's or The Shed, will get the press/publicity in the area, but for me, this place is an underrated gem. -AC

We booked a reservation via OpenTable and arrived right on time. They sat us immediately. Nothing too remarkable about the space. Looks like a typical American restaurant you would see in any town or city. I did notice the staff are very casually dressed with t-shirt uniforms which made me think this place is much more casual than I expected based on the menu. We ended up trying the following: - Spicy Steamed Manila Clams: Below average. The clams themselves were fine, but they were completely overpowered by the chorizo and broth. It felt more like eating a chorizo dish, with a few clams included. - Foie Gras Torchon: Ok. Foie gras was fine, but the crostini felt store bought and rather cardboard-like. - Peach and Burrata Salad: Ok. We got exactly as described, but didn't find it particularly fresh. - Chicago Pulled Pork Dip: Ok. Not an item I normally see on the menu in this part of the USA, it was not bad. Good bread to meat proportion, and pulled pork was pretty good. Chips were good too. Hearty dish, but not particularly memorable in any way. - House Cut French Fries: Below average. Fries were soggy. I thought the garlic-saffron aioli was a mustard because of how yellow it was - it didn't taste like much. Service was adequate. Friendly enough, but nothing outstanding. I will give credit for the complimentary cookies at the end of the meal - that was nice. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed. Maybe I was expecting more because of the high ratings on Yelp and Google reviews. I feel they have a pretty solid looking menu, but they cut corners on quality and execution, so the final result doesn't compare to other restaurants serving the same type of food.

Very friendly and customer service oriented. They have a beautiful back bar with a wonderful selection of premium spirits, wines and locally produced beers. I must say I was very impressed with the selection of whiskeys that include whiskeys frim Japan! For supper I ordered a seared King Salmon and a Diver Scallop! Wow! It was is culinary delight! Wonderful staff. Relaxing atmosphere, clean environment, sufficient parking, great wine list, well stocked bar and a cool desserts with item you won't find elsewhere else. They also offer after dinner drinks you may need to experience if you're not driving. There is also cappuccinos and espressos they can make!

Not too difficult to get a weekday reservation, but the restaurant was completely full and we definitely snagged the last parking spot in the outdoor lot, so I'm not sure where the overflow is. Bread Basket (2.75/5): A lot of the bread options were a bit stale and it's pretty expensive for nothing to stand out. Oysters (4.25/5): Probably the best bite. Super fresh and not fishy at all. Crab Cake (4/5): Good crunch and crab added some sweetness. Very solid. PB&J Foie Gras (3/5): I was most excited to try this, but I can't say I actually enjoyed it. It was interesting, but the foie gras was a little too gamey. Salmon Agnolotti (3/5): Agnolotti was good and portions were solid, but the salmon was barely seasoned / extremely under salted. Key Lime Pie (4.25/5): My favorite part of key like pie is the crust so this was right up my alley. Rides the line of tart and sweet with some extra freshness from the berry sauce / coulis. Chocolate Cake (4/5): Cake was moist and the chocolate lace added a nice crunch. Not the most luxurious / dark chocolate, but satisfying nonetheless.

Arrived at around 7 pm with no reservation, but they were able to get us seated up at the bar. They were busy with drinks as there were group parties surrounding us at the bottom floor. At least they let us know and did not ignore us like last time. We ordered a glass of wine for each of us, it was to our liking. We also ordered dinner. Food was pretty good. More filling than we thought. I ordered the Risotto and the husband ordered the Chicken Romero. Both were very filling and delicious. Overall, will definitely come back.

I'm not sure what the turn away from these incredible dishes was, and I don't feel like they were replaced with options at a similar level. The service here has gotten pretty bad. I went on a Tuesday and it took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine. I felt like the waiter was constantly whizzing past us and not making eye contact. Two glasses of wine, a shared app, and an entree took 2.5 hours when we knew what we wanted to order from the second we got there. That is unacceptable in my opinion. Our waiter also kept messing up our order and never took accountability at all. He brought one entree and then didn't bring the rest of ours for 25 min, then said "wow you are done already!" To our one friend. It was so weird. At the end of the meal, we told the hostess that we didn't want to have any more interactions with our waiter or have to wait any longer for the bill. She was super understanding and gave us all comment cards and a caramel, which was a lovely touch. We all wrote specific comment cards with time stamps and thoughts and filled out the contact info and then never heard from anyone. Strange.
